Dr. Taitz, I don’t know why Judge Malihi would take the route he did. I thought he had a back bone and Kemp looked to me like he has one too from what he wrote. You presented your case well, which gave rise to so many unanswered questions. As an American, Malihi, should have been dying for answers to those questions. Why isn’t he? Was Obama born in 1890? Is he curious even slightly why Obama isn’t going to practice law anymore with his superior degree from Harvard? What about those name changes, he’s not interested in the questions that surround his various identities? No good American, in their right mind, I am talking real patriots, would be able to just walk away without the answers, if they had watched and read the hearings like the rest of us. He was the Judge for crying out loud! I can’t believe he would be satisfied without the answers to your questions. Well, my prayer is that our good Lord continues to prepare a table before you in the presense of our enemies and annoint your head with oil as your cup runneth over, so that surely goodness and mercy will follow you and all good Americans all the days of our life so we shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever! God Bless you Orly! The whole country (the ones who matter that embrace one nation under G-d) love you and value every single thing you have done. The only thing I can think of that must keep you going is that the light of the Lord and all his angels are leading you every single step of the way. Praise G-d for that! answer: I don’t know, what happened to Malhi. I know, that he is not American by birth., He is Persian, Iranian. The last name and the first names of his parents are all Persian. He is an appointee of the Democrat governor Zell Miller.
The only thing, that I don’t know, is whether it was a set up from the start or whether someone got to him recently. I wonder, if any deal was made, when Obama was pressured with my subpoena and could sell the whole country in order to get out of sure prison term. What was promised to Malihi? Here is some food for thought: recently U.S. was supposed to participate in joint exercises with Israel. Suddenly Obama announced, that U.S. will pull out of the exercises in order not to upset Iran.

Thanks for a little more clarity. With that information, were you slightly skeptical before you even began? I didn’t know Malihi’s origin till now, makes a little sense I guess. I would prefer to think he would be like you, born somewhere else but loyal to the bone where America is concerned. So who is going to give us those answers? They are legit questions. Particularly why he would want to destroy his own “hard earned” law degree. That is one seriously needed answer. I don’t know it, that’s for sure. Why would he dump all those years of study into the garbage or is it that there is some way he can reclaim his jurisdoctorate down the road. What happens with that?

if i understand this…
the supreme court precedent supercedes any state court ruling…so the indiana case…in both locations…has no impact on the law…if it conflicts with the SC precedent…
this is evidence of corruption…its the only answer i can reason that both of these courts would ignore previous rulings by the SC

It is quite possible that judge Malhili is Muslim and he certainly would not rule against another Muslim.Our failures in this case is like it were being held in a foreign country with a predjudicial judge. I was so optimistic about winning this time. But Oly I have faith in you.

This information DOES beg the question if it is evidence of the many reports over the last few years that ALL levels of American Government have been infiltrated by pro-Islamacist individuals.
Perhaps, if Malihi was indeed naturalized, he did not study HARD ENOUGH for his citizenship test.
Perhaps he thinks that a “naturalized” citizen is en par with a NATURAL BORN citizen in terms of Constitutional Eligibility.
His decision certainly seems odd to those citizens who grew up studying the Constitution and American history from Kindergarten onward.
Something is amiss in Malihi’s understanding of the Constitution. It seems like one based on a CARICATURE, not study.

Orly, please stop wasting your time with the civil courts,the acts committed by Soetoro are criminal in nature and warrants a criminal courts review. Your Summary of Laws and Facts was outstanding and the judges ignorance of the constitution was apparent in his ruling. However I believe there may have been pressure from unknown sources on his decision. Take your documents and witness and move it to a criminal court, this will give you the push that you need to get those records that you seek and harder for Barry and his inside groups to circumvent the courts. But ‘do not give up’ you are getting closer I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. If Secretary Kemp does not override the judges decision, an appeal would be in order. However you must look at the criminal courts now with the evidence that you have in order to get this resolve, as the civil courts will always rule against you as a matter of fact. I believe the TRUE PATRIOTS of this WONDERFUL country should come together and brain storm as to how we can get this usurper out of the White House.
ALL of the great legal minds out there need to put their EGOS to the side and work together in coming up with a plan to oust this fraud.
But I want to emphasize that ALL of you attorneys and ALL experts need to put your EGOS to the side.

I can’t help but think that had Sheriff Joe showed up as subpoenaed, things would have come out differently. I think Usurper’s lawyer would have taken this more seriously had a law enforcement official of Sheriff Joe’s stature been sworn in as a witness and expert for you. No way could Judge Malihi written off Sheriff Joe.

The thing that made me believe immediately that Obama’s BC is a very cheap, poor forgery was the “KERNING” of the letters. Nobody has been able to explain to me how that could have happened in 1960’s. Why do you need to look any farther!!! THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO CLOSE THE CASE!!! Why isn’t??? I have been chasing this since 2008, and those E-Doc’s are easily tracible to the links provided, just upon opening right click then click properties and viola there is the URL of origin… I promise it is an eye opener that exposes Mr.Dunhams Fraud…
Also do a quik view of what is displayed as a COLB on the whitehouse server, (A PDF) Zoom in to about 800 and look at the file Number, it seems that the number FOUR was originally a 2 and that the 1’s are inconsistent with each other. If it was an original with this many ERRORs in it,it would have as a matter of LAW been destroyed on the spot and a new certificate would have been printed…
