Dear Orly,
Just saw the ruling from Malihi. There is no other rational explanation than the Obama thugs got to him or he saw the gravitas of his decision and he HID HIMSELF like a frightened child. He must have looked long and hard for a hole to climb into citing Indiana case law. This cowardly act does not deserve much attention on our part although I felt it like a slap in the face so I can imagine how you feel. However it is only by such acts that you see how strong is your Armour and brave is YOUR heart. Take solice in knowing he will go to bed tonight knowing he is a coward and so do we.
We have WON this battle already do not DESPAIR as we know that evil will not ever prevail so it is just matter of how we respond to it.
Let us remember that it was a long time before this case was ever even heard and now it is on the record so I am certain that if Brian Kemp does not over-rule Malihi that an appeal is in order.
I am keenly reminded that we are facing a formidable enemy, but so was Washington at Valley Forge. Smile and take heart that the victory will be ours as long as we have truth and justice in our hearts and souls. Malihi is not cut of the same cloth as Washington so we should not expect him to be anymore than what he is. The facts of the case are on the record.
David

This judge displayed cowardice in the face of the enemy. He must have never faced a real enemy on the battle field. In that scenario, he would have been shot on the spot. So, the people of GA should fire this guy for dereliction of duty and cowardice. Also, GA law is not IN Law.

The Lt. Colonel’s words couldn’t be more true. Every morning for the rest of his worthless life, Mahili has to get up and look in the mirror and be reminded of what a coward he is. And everytime someone mentions a founding father or an American hero, this sorry sack of excrement will remember that he sold out his chance to be on that list.
I hope he is driven mad in shame by what he has done. There is no excuse for his decision but pure treachery. How sad.

please, no violence. He should be fired from his job, no other meaning to the word should be applied

Orly, remember that you said (in 31124) that “Malihi’s order looks like it was drafted by Obama’s personal attorneys from Perkins Coie”?
And do you remember that when Jack Cashill researched the authorship of Obama’s Dreams from My Father, Cashill concluded that Obama did NOT write it, but that Dreams had been ghostwritten by Bill Ayers?
I wonder if Cashill would be willing to analyze the text of the ruling PURPORTEDLY by Judge Malihi.
Jack Cashill’s website is here:
https://www.cashill.com/index.htm
In fact, his site links to an article he wrote for WND, and the subhead reads:
“Jack Cashill looks at Obama attorney’s claim in Georgia eligibility case.”
Perhaps you might find an invaluable ally in Cashill? He is already interested in, and following, the Georgia case.

Dear Orly
“please, no violence.” the words of wisdom from a fine lady. True you have the legal knowledge to fight this traitor in the white house.
BUT it is hard for the Patriots that knows how the west was won to sit on their hands while that slime bag destroys OUR Country.
Thank You Orly and I am so sorry you have to see up close how corrupt OUR Government is

Orly, I just found this at Jack Cashill’s site:
“Jack is a willing and able public speaker and speech writer. . . .
