   You do NOT know that. Judge David Carter had the equal judicial and even Marine pedigree until he was gotten to or submitted and fragged the Constitution. The hope is Judge Malihi is as honest as the Law along gives him purview to be, unencumbered. The viability of our tri-partite system will be finalized for 350MM people and all time with this decision.

   Do you suppose it’s taking the judge so long to announce his decision because they (judge and the secretary of State) know that they are also going to find him in contempt of court and are just making sure their ducks are in a row before they take this to next level?? Or am I just wishful thinking?

    Judge ruled against plaintiffs..Obama is Natural Born Citizen because he was born in Hawaii. He must have gotten the death threat from Obama.

    This is very true. Deval Patrick tried to otpraee in this sphere as well in 2006. Granted, it wasn’t to this extent. The Internet allows grass roots campaigns to extend their reach well beyond what was previously possible.It would serve Obama well to continue his new media marketing throughout his first term. Much like Patrick, he is inheriting a wicked mess, which will not be fixed in 4 years. Much of the work needing to be done in the first 1 or 2 years will be laying a foundation, which will seem like not a lot is happening to the outside observer inside baseball stuff. New media is a great tool for transparency, something government has lacked and desperately needs. He has a direct connection to citizens without the filter of the media. He must use it keep people engaged especially those who might think politics only happens every 4 years.
