tech help needed

I have 2 mass mailers. They seem to be crashing. I had a tech in the office yesterday, everything seemed to work, but as he left the office, I got the same message “access denied” on one and another is crashing. Bottom line I have hard time sending mass mailers. I tried instant contact also, but they cancelled the account (maybe some directive from the big brother). Any ideas?

    Gmail works for me, but my mailing list is minuscule compared to yours.
