Kansas court grants Obama ‘birther’ hearing

A California dentist and lawyer, Orly Taitz (a.k.a. the “Birther Queen”), has been granted an October 3rd hearing by a Kansas judge in her move to remove President Barack Obama’s name from the Kansas state ballot for the November presidential election because she still has doubts about his citizenship.

Taitz announced on her website that ”Kansas District Court Judge Larry D. Hendricks will hear a challenge against Mr. Obama by California attorney Orly Taitz and a Mr. Walters, a citizen of Kansas.” She is seeking an injunction to remove the president from the general election ballot until all his identification papers are produced and thoroughly examined by experts.

In her lawsuit, Taitz and Walters question the authenticity of the president’s birth certificate, while alleging that the president is using a fake social security number that originated from Connecticut. Also in question is the president’s Selective Service Certificate, which they claim shows evidence of forgery because of the manner in which the stamp was dated.

According to reports from the Huffington Post, Taitz and Roger Walters also named Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach (R) and the Objections Board in the lawsuit, saying that the board ignored evidence they claim should disqualify Obama from the ballot.

Though Taitz and other birthers question President Obama’s citizenship either on the theory that is father held a British and Kenyan citizenship or that he wasn’t born in the United States, a striking twist comes from Alabama, where GOP chairman Bill Armistead expressed the belief that the president’s real father is actually labor activist Frank Marshall Davis.

Salon.com reports that the GOP chairman, in a meeting with a Republican Women’s group, made reference to a film that spreads the theory that the CIA somehow was involved in a cover up that skewers the truth in the president’s true identity.

    Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. It looks like all the States are scared to death to give you a FAIR and OPEN HEARINGS AND OR TRAILS because they don’t want to be the only State that does that. They are hiding behind what they believe to be SAFETY IN NUMBERS.

    If all Americans would only open their eyes up to what is happening here in American. Just study History, and you will see that many Great Nations have CRUMBLED because of fear that was somehow instilled into them. A very large percent of Americans now have that kind of FEAR INSTILLED in them.

    Barack H. Obama is currently using a BIRTH CERTIFICATE that many top print expert have gone on the record saying that that BIRTH CERTIFICATE is a FORGERY.

    Should a person who is using a stolen SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and a forged BIRTH CERTIFICATE be allow on any State’s Ballot.

    I say NO! But why are some many if not all the COURTS scared to death to even look into this “STOLEN and FORGED” issue? Why?

    Even our U.S. Congress is scared to death of this “STOLEN and FORGED” issue. Why?

    If anybody reading this can prove that either or both those document are VALID DOCUMENTS for Barack H. Obama to be using please do so ASAP.

    If you can’t, you should immediately help Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. any and every way that you possible can ASAP, before it’s too late for any of us to do anything.
