Dear Ms. Warren,
I will pay for an amended transcript. Please, reflect in the amended transcript this e-mail from Ms. Beal, staff attorney, stating that Judge Malihi agreed to put the exhibits in the record.
It should not take more than 5 minutes to correct the transcript and note, that all of the exhibits are in the record. Please, forward to me a PDF of the amended transcript, reflecting that Judge Malihi agreed to put the exhibits in the record. I, also, need a scan of the last page with the signature.
Additionally, there is a slight error on page 43-44 I talked about “letters Rogatory”, in the transcript it says interrogatory. The correct word is “rogatory.” (it means letters asking for assistance of a court of another jurisdiction, it is not an interrogatory)
I, also, noticed one small issue. Posibly things are done differently in CA and in GA.
On several occasions I was telling the tech assistant, who was operating the projector, to move the image higher, lower and stop. Usually it is not part of the record or there is a notation:
– to the projector operator: higher, lower, stop
– to the witness:
This way people understand, what is going on. In the transcript it was all together and people get confused. Can you please separate those. As I stated, I will pay again. It is a historic trial, I want to make sure everything is 100% correct, that there are no errors anywhere.

look at the orders by judge Malihi. It states, for example, “pre-trial order” and so on. It is trial. My enemies will say anything, who cares, what they say. I have a trial to win and the Constitution to uphold, I don’t pay attention to what MY ENEMIES SAY

You have done a fabulous and amazing piece of legal and historical work in getting this to the court.
Mahili appears to be a fair judge and is giving you a fair hearing. Hopefully, this will blossom into a snowball;
Unfortunatelyy, it is still a long uphill fight and the odds are still stacked against you.
Your followers and supportors are still with you and hopefully they will continue to support you financially.
Last week, I sent in a donation in appreciation of your efforts in the GA court.
I will continue to support your valiant cause as money is the only ammunition that we can fight with at this time. The next step, if we do nothing is martial law; it’s on the way as Bradly vehicles and helicoptors are being sent to LA, and Miami, the Fema camps are built and Hr822 is law. I can only pray that we have a fair and honest election before the implantation of martial law.
For you veterans out there, support Orly in any and every way you can.
You will have many advisors that will give you their opinions as to which direction you should take.
