   The battle has begun and the first strike has been successful. Orly to Atlanta to beat back the counter attack. I can hear the Battle Hymn of the Republic playing and it will continue to play until we have a natural born citizen as President of these United States of America.

    Stay strong Orly.

    I think there is an excellent chance that you could win a default judgement against Obama. I don’t think Obama is going to show his face or cough up any of the documentation that you and the other lawyers have requested. Therefore, it should be a slam dunk, because it looks like Obama is ready to forfeit his right to be on the GA Ballot.

    Of course, I could always be wrong. I am not Lawyer or a legal expert. (I don’t even play one on TV)

    YOU are supposed to hire Hawaii counsel for the “miscellaneous actions”.

    filing a “Miscellaneous Action,” and then filing a motion in the witness’s state requesting permission to take the out-of-state deposition or command an appearance in court.

    Hawaii does not accept letters rogatory without local licensed counsel.

    “A subpoena issued by a state court is valid only within its geographic boundaries. Consequently, a subpoena issued in a state within which an action is pending cannot be used or served in another state to compel a non‑party witness who resides or works in the foreign state to give testimony or produce records. There are, however, procedures established in all states that will aid the litigant in obtaining a local subpoena to compel such a witness to give evidence in that foreign jurisdiction for use in the trial state.”

    The judge ONLY SIGNS OFF ON YOUR REQUEST. HE DOES NOT DO YOUR LEGAL WORK FOR YOU.

    What Do You Do With the Commission or Letters Rogatory?

    “Ask the clerk in the witness’s state how to get the commission to that court’s judge; you may be able to do it by letter. A commission authorizes you to take the deposition but does not confer jurisdiction on the witness; therefore, you’ll still need to invoke the process of the witness’s court by opening a case or moving the court to issue the subpoena. For example, in New Jersey, you would have local counsel open an action typically entitled, “In the Matter of the Subpoena of [Witness]” and then request a court order issuing a subpoena.

    Remember your mantra: ASK THE CLERK!

    I just read that he’s suppose to be in Denver on that day. I don’t think he’s planning on being in court. Can his attorney show up for him? He needs to go to jail! Thanks Orly for all you’re doing for this Country. I want to thank this Judge for having the honor to stand up to him.
