Obama Objector Gets Kansas Court Hearing
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A hearing is set in a California woman’s legal challenge to keep Barack Obama off the Kansas ballot.
Orly Taitz attended Monday’s State Objections Board Meeting, wanting to testify. The board ultimately ruled Obama would remain a candidate. Taitz argued they based their decision on the man who filed the objection, Joe Montgomery of Manhattan, withdrawing it under duress.
On her web site Thursday, Taitz announced Shawnee County Judge Larry Hendricks has set an October 3rd emergency hearing on her motion for a preliminary injunction.
Taitz says she has evidence Obama has committed identity fraud. Her filing names Secretary of State Kris Kobach and the State Objections Board. She says she is joined in the filing by a Kansan identified as Roger Walters.
Taitz says she is seeking to have Obama kept off the November general election ballot in Kansas until he produces original documents, including the application for a Connecticut Social security number she says he uses and his birth certificate.
Hearings on similar challenges Taitz filed are set for September 24 in Mississippi and September 26 in Indiana.
On her web site, Taitz says she has been the target of threats in the wake of her challenges.

To see that occupy was real here, tells me that they have finally shown that they’re out in America, just to promote Obama! If they aren’t, why are they trying to intimidate Orly, IN COURT? Huh, Pillsbury Doughboy in that photo!

Whats happen to American Justice, where Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. is wrongly treated both inside and outside a Kansas Courtroom.
Where were the local law authorities, on a luch break, or just hiding out.
Kansas you should be very ashamed of the way you allowed a very nice lady to be treated. I didn’t know Kansas had a reputation for being RUDE.
