The Kansas Commission on Judicial Performance recommends that Judge Larry D. Hendricks BE RETAINED.
Judge Hendricks was appointed as District Judge in the 3rd Judicial District in 2006. Judge Hendricks primarily handles civil and domestic cases and his administrative duties include service on a number of court committees. A graduate of Kansas State University, University of Northern Colorado and Washburn University School of Law, Judge Hendricks was engaged in the private practice of law for 24 years, including serving as a City Attorney for the cities of Auburn, Alma, LeCompton and Perry, Kansas, before being appointed to the bench.
Judge Hendricks has been appointed to serve on the Committee to Review and Revise Shawnee County Family Law Guidelines and to chair the Committee to Review Shawnee County Juvenile Court Procedures & Practices. He is a past president and current member of the CASA Board. In addition, he has served on the Safe Visit Board, Topeka High School Site Council, and the Sunflower Soccer Association Board and coached several youth sports.
As his greatest strengths, Judge Hendricks notes his sound legal knowledge, work ethic, preparedness and timeliness, as well as his ability to listen to and treat all participants equally. He recognizes that, as a new judge, he needs to address time management differently. His professional goals are to better manage his time, improve his explanation of decisions, and strive to treat all parties fairly and impartially.
The Commission received survey responses from 35 attorneys and 36 non-attorneys. Survey results showed that 88% of attorneys and 87% of non-attorneys recommended that Judge Hendricks be retained in office. Judge Hendricks received an overall average score from attorneys of 3.62 on a 4.0 scale and an overall average score from non-attorneys of 3.39. Judge Hendricks’ scores exceed the required minimum average grade of 2.0 from each category of respondents. The Commission recommends that he BE RETAINED.
 Judge Larry D. Hendricks was appointed to the bench in 2006. He was a member of the US Air Force for 8 years and practiced law for 25 years. Degrees include a Bachelor’s from K-State, a Master’s from UNC at Greeley and a law degree from Washburn. The judge is married and has two adult sons, one a lawyer and the other a filmmaker. He enjoys boating, his grandson, snow skiing and reading when time allows. |

This is out of his judicial element and temperament. They picked the cleanest judge they could find in order to threaten his life and existence, imo, while gaining a favorable ruling. Then, he’ll rule against you to keep from getting blackballed or even killed himself and in so doing, cleans up their festering stench.

Why have we not heard from anyone claiming to have worked at the hospital the night of “the birth?” Why have we not heard from anyone who has researched the workers on the night in question? I’m just an old vet, so I may be completely off base here.
If Mr. obama “is” eligible under the Constitution, then what is the problem with provinding proof?
Any time I have gotten a job or security clearance, I have had to prove proof of who I was and provide references to back up my claims. Why is Mr. obama any different?
The resistance to showing Mr. obama’s eligibility documents indicates to me that there is something really wrong with the man.
As Mr. obama says, “the only people that don’t want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide”.

Channte Keith, Dr Taitz is a Citizen by naturalization. She admits that. She also knows that she is not a Natural Born Citizen any more than Mr. obama is.

Hello,
Listen, I live in Los Angeles, CA, and I just happen to be channel surfing when I landed on Channel 4 here in L.A..
It was the news hour and they were just getting ready to go off the air when they had a little human interest story at the very end of their show, about a woman in Kenya, Africa who had just given birth to twin sons and was being interviewed by the reporter there in person, but it was the reporter here in L.A. who was the one doing the talking to the viewers watching. She was relaying the facts about the birth of the two twins and giving viewers the information. She was telling the viewers that, and I quote, “in honor of the Presidential election, she named one son Barack and another one Mitt”.
However, this is NOT what caught my attention, and caught my attention it did.
It was what she said at the very end of the store, when the reporter here in Los Angeles said to the viewers, and I quote “The babies (who had just been born and delivered) was born not too far from where Presidential Obama was born.”, end quote!!
OH …… MY ….. GOD!!!!! I was absolutely shocked, shocked, shocked, and stunned that she actually said this out loud!! You can confirm this by getting a copy of the transcript and a copy of the on air segment. I did not have my DVD recorder on at the time because it was just the news and I didn’t think they were going to say anything worth while and I sure did NOT except that she were going to say something like that!! I was actually just getting ready to change the channel, but that segment just caught my attention for some odd reason and I continued to listen, and when she said that I just about jumped out of my chair when we heard her actually ADMIT and CONFIRM that Obama was born in Kenya.
You HAVE to do something about this. He did NOT win and he should NEVER have been allowed to run. I always knew he was NOT born here and now she just confirmed it, and on a Liberal news station no less!! I think ALL these Liberal news stations KNOW he was NOT born here, and she just accidentally let is slip unintentionally.
Please, you have to do something. You finally have a Liberal news reporter admitting this fact on the air in front of thousands of people who were also watching.
Get a copy of tonight’s transcript from here in L.A. It was the news on Channel 4, which is KNBC. It was 6:30 pm, our time, November 7, 2012. It was a reporter by the name of Colleen Williams who accidentally said it. NOW you have an actual Liberal reporter admitting and confirming this fact!! Something we knew all along.

That woman who named her babies as Barack and Mitt is just another casualty of the birther propaganda. The birthers have been repeating this rubish untill even Kenyans believe it too now. On the other hand she could be just talking about the Birth of Simba in the lion king story which also happened in kenya.
