Dr. Taitz: I shared your Touhy request below with Deputy Inspector General Gerry Roy. He considered it and has decided to deny the request. The request does not address the required matters listed in 45 CFR Sec. 2.4. In particular, the request does not explain why the information sought is not available elsewhere and why the testimony would be in the interest of OIG, HHS, or the Federal government. To the extent that the testimony you are seeking is – despite what is described in the subpoena served on SAC Jackson – limited to authenticating the OIG report on birth certificate fraud which you forwarded to me, I would note that agency documents are self-authenticating under the Federal Rules. It is my understanding that the Georgia Administrative Rules of Procedure Sec. 616-1-2-.18 similarly provide for the self-authentication of agency documents. As such, because the OIG report is a document of this agency, testimony may not be required in this instance. If you require that this denial be in formal correspondence with the signature of the Deputy Inspector General, let me know and I will see that you receive it. Finally, please confirm, having received this decision from OIG, that you release SAC Jackson from any obligation under State law to appear at the time and on the date indicated on the subpoena. The documents may be “self authenticating” if there is no doubt that the authenticating officer has provided authentic documents, based on genuine, authentic records.
The very nature of the complaint is such that impartial, expert, third-party, forensic examination is the ONLY remedy.

I’m getting lost. What information is being sought here? If it is what I think it is, then why do they assume that it can be found anywhere else. The reason you are seeking the information from this source, is because it cannot be found from other public sources. As for why it would be of interest, one would think that a Government being run by a corrupt political party and a usurper would be of immense interest to those tasked with keeping the public safe from threats both foreign and domestic.
Then again people still assume that we live in a Constitutional Republic. We don’t.

“Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.”
“Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.
His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. It was in this capacity that Adams became aware of the search for Obama’s birth-certificate records.
“During the course of my employment,” Adams swears in the affidavit (viewable in full as part 1 and part 2), “I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.”
As he inquired about the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health.
“Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health,” Adams’ affidavit reads, “and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government.”
“In a recorded telephone interview, Adams told WND that it was common knowledge among election officials where he worked that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate could be found at the Hawaii Department of Health.”
“My supervisor came and told me, ‘Of course, there’s no birth certificate. What? You stupid,’” Adams said. “She usually spoke well, but in saying this she reverted to a Hawaiian dialect. I really didn’t know how to respond to that. She said it and just walked off. She was quite a powerful lady.”
Moreover, Adams was told that neither Queens Memorial Hospital nor Kapi’olani Medical Center had any records of Obama’s birth at their medical facilities: “Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug. 4, 1961.”
“We called the two hospitals in Honolulu: Queens and Kapi’olani,” Adams stressed. “Neither of them have any records that Barack Obama was born there.”

I read somewhere that a law in HI regarding official documents states that all certified/official documents MUST be presented in hardcopy form with the raised seal inorder for them to be considered valid by the state and cannot be a digital copy, nor Xerox copy nor faxed copy and presenting a copy, as such, as an vaild official form is a crime BUT the president got a waiver from this law. A law obviously designed to prevent something just like this.

This for obtaining an Hawaii drivers license:

Documents presented for proof of identity, legal presence and social security number must be valid originals or certified copies. Photo copies or faxed copies of proof documents are not acceptable. Please refer to the List of Acceptable Documents – Hawaii Driver’s License.
If Hawaii will only accept valid originals or certified copies for a Drivers License then why should the state of GA be fine with a digital copy of a HI BC? It’s especially weird for a President to show a digital BC copy and then claim that it’s proof when it’s considered invalid by HI, and according to their own lawin HI, it would never be considered as valid when applying for a drivers license.
