Important!

I need someone to send me a video clip of a CBS report with Catie Couric. It shows Obama’s female teacher from Indonesia, opening a book of records and saying here it says born in HI, August 4 1961

For some reason I can’t find it. I need it on CD

It’s hearsay. How are you possibly going to get it admitted?

In Orly’s parallel universe, everything is evidence. 😉

    To Gummi:

Or, in the fantasy Obot world of Barry worship, nothing counts as evidence because The One is untouchable.

Orly, this from the motion to quash the Obama subpoena printed at WND:

“Presidential electors and Congress, not the state of Georgia, hold the constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates,”

Obama’s lawyer argues in a motion to quash a subpoena for him to appear at the hearings Jan. 26.

I have not re-read it, but from memory I believe the Congressional Research Service document by Jack Maskell, released to Congress in April of 2009, spends the first two pages discussing the federal government having no responsibility to vet presidential candidates, period, at all, and that it is left up to the states to do the vetting.

You might want to read the first 2 pages of that CRS document again.

    Orly:
I searched but couldn’t find this clip on Youtube. Also searched CBS archives, no luck there either.
