Farrar Pretrial order

Clarification:

there are all kinds of rumors  being spread by Obama operatives, claiming to be our supporters. Some are saying that there is no trial, please see this and other orders from judge Malihi, clearly indicating that there is a pretrial order and trial on January 26, 2012, 9am.

Additionally, same operatives are saying that I need to get an additional permission from the judge for subpoenas. These people are either ignorant or intentionally trying to mislead the public.

The trial is in 9 days, we are in discovery, no additional permissions are necessary.

    Orly,

    You should contact Dr. Corsi and see if you can get some inside information on Sheriff Arpiao’s report. You could even consider bringing some of his cold case posse team as witnesses to testify to research and evidence.

    Orly, the Obots are not trying to mislead the public. They don’t give a damn about the public.

    They are trying to mislead you. They want to trip you up, get you to mess up and rattle you so you’ll blow the case.

    So you’ve finally gotten into discovery!!! Congratulations!!! Can you tell us what you’ve discovered so far? Or are you required to hold onto that information until the trial? Have you scheduled Obama’s deposition yet? Why isn’t the media reporting this? Not even our station, Fox, has said anything about the deposition!

    Orly, this case is a slam dunk. Nathan Deal is the governor of Georgia. He was an early supporter of yours, demanding to see the president’s papers. If you don’t think he isn’t pulling the strings here, you’re not seeing the picture correctly. You’ll win in court next Thursday, shut up all of your critics and force Obama’s name off the GA ballot!!

    Congrats Orly….it has been a very long and uphill road for you and us. I’ve been studying this topic and the facts since before the 2008 election and it has finally moved several steps forward for a change. You can count on the fact that there will be setbacks again, unruly judgements and of course many more lies. I don’t have to ask you to stay the course, you know better than anybody what it takes to stay focused and on target. You have been doing the lions share of the dirty work for this country, of which you were not born, but yet you pay respect for our constitution as a freedom for not just you, but for all. You have worked tirelessly and out of your own pocket for much of this endeavor. The American people, even those who don’t know what your doing, owe you the greatest amount of thanks and respect. You are a true hero of this country for fighting for our freedoms!

    You know Orly, even if Malihi rules that Obama is not eligible to be on the Georgia ballot, he will get plenty of delegates and there is no way he’ll lose the Democratic nomination.

    All Judge Malihi can do is prevent him from being on the ballot, that’s it. He cannot and will not take any further steps.

    But you’re an experienced litigator, so you know that.
