Transfer of Judd v Obama to judge Carter

It is interesting that just today I was talking to the clerk of Magistrate Jean Rosenblutt, who works with District Judge Tucker and I was checking on a procedure and hearing dates to file a motion. I came home, just finished doing my cooking and ironing and got ready to finish the motion, as I saw an order to transfer to Judge Carter. It has been only a few hours since I talked to the clerks, strange coincidence. I will check Judge Carter’s motion schedule and will file. I will need to make sure the dates don’t cross with MS, IN, GA, KS and possibly TX.  What fun. I hope I don’t get myself to exhaustion for nothing, I hope one honest judge will finally hear this on the merits and justice will finally prevail

    Mrs.Taitz, just a suggestion, Dont know if it will do any good but worth trying…
    Please remind Judge Carter about the Oath he swore before becomming a Marine. “To DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION”
    Many Marines before him did just that, and many after he left The Corps. It is the Highest of Honors, and will be Remembered as Long as Our Constitution Remains.

    Maybe this time Judge Carter will give you a FAIR and OPEN HEARING where you get TO EXERCISE YOUR CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED RIGHT to a FAIR AND OPEN HEARING where the Court will accept all your SOLID, BONA FIDE, AND UNREPUTED EVIDENCE, and allow your TOP EXPERT WITNESSES to testify.

    If I remember right, one time in the past Judge Carter did promise you something like that, then reversed field on you for no apparent reason what so ever.

    Luck has nothing to do with this Doctor, so I’m not going to wish you any kind of luck, but I hope they do honor your CONSTITUTIONALLY GIVEN RIGHT to a FAIR AND OPEN HEARING/TRIAL. if the Court does that you WIN BIG TIME.

    Maybe this time, Judge Carter will remember his Constitutional oath and grow a set! He could do the right thing and end this farce of a Presidency.
