Yes, I am proceeding with an application for stay/preliminary injunction pending examination of the original IDs of Mr. Obama, that allegedly exist, in spite of overwhelming evidence of forgery.
If you claim that this decision is akin to a judicial review, than you should provide for an internal appeal process.
Please, let me know, whether you would accept a credit card payment for the transcripts, I can call and provide it to you right away.
Maybe you never had a case of a challenge to keep someone of the ballot, but I am sure you never had a case of someone being so obnoxious, diabolical and anti-American and trying to get on the ballot running for the U.S. President while committing identity fraud and using a stolen Social Security number from a state, where he never resided, forged Selective Service certificate and a forged birth certificate. I wonder how the higher state courts and the 10th Circuit will ultimately look at this.I am sure they will not be amused. This is not CA, the 10th Circuit is quiet different from the 9th.

New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) recently sentic out a communication from its president, Richard Iannuzzi, thrwoing its support behind Obama after Union Bigs attended the DNC. I wrote to him asking how the Union could do that as teachers take an oath to protect the Constitution. Iannuzzi wrote back saying that the union had been “down that road” and that only FOX was reporting on Obama’s ineligibilty (when I’d like to know).

This is good Orly. Very good.
But even you mite get exausted when you keep fighting fires on a hundred different fronts, all at once. It is too many.
Could you go to Phoenix and beg / pay for Arpaio and Zulo to go with you to Kansas next time?
This is really importnat. So far they have dodged you, like they dont want to be seen with you in court under oath. This is very bad for us.
We need them there with you next time. They are big men and carry guns. No one will try to attack you like last times.
Maybe next visit needs to be to Sheriff, and get him onbored and onside for once. We need to try something different otherwise we just get same result every time.

It amazes me that people still have faith in Arpaio and Zullo. Haven’t you noticed how all — and I mean all — of their statements are carefully qualified by words like “maybe,” “seems,” “possibly,” “likely,” etc., etc.?
What kind of testimony could they give? Who would take them seriously? A judge would laugh such indecisiveness out of the courtroom.

The different between the Doctor and her opposition is, everything that she does is LEGAL and ABOVE BOARD, while it appears like her opposition plays LOW DOWN AND DIRTY, and completely disregards the United States of America’s Constitution in any and every crooked way that they can, when it suits their purpose.
It starting to look like the United States of America is becoming a lawless County, where those in power do what ever they want to, to ever the want to.

I agree with Nora Kane. Take a one day trip to Arizona and see Arpaio. Take him out to lunch and talk to him about Obama, and tell him face to face how important it is for him to come forward with his evidence and testify in court. It might be enough to get him to climb on board with you (he won’t be able to resist those beautiful blue eyes, lol). If the two of you could get in the court room together, I think you could deliver the knock out punch to take Obama down, once and for all.
