   Speaking of witnesses, didn’t you say there would be a surprise witness in Hawaii? Did that person evaporate or was he/she there?

   You should encourage your witnesses to contribute their own funds. You can’t do it alone and your witnesses know how important this case is. They have to do their part too.

    Unless you can change the hearing date, find a lawyer to act on your behalf to enforce the supenoa for the Hawaii Hearing. Even if both hearings are on the same date, they probably not at the same time. I would consider conducting the Hawaii Hearing by conference.
