Unbelievable, Judge Nishimura reschedules the motion regarding subpoena from GA to January, 26, the day of trial in GA

Posted on | January 6, 2012 | 43 Comments

Today judge Nishimura stated, that reciprocal subpoena enforcement from GA is a separate matter and will have to be heard separately on January, 26, even though it was clearly stated  in the motion, that the trial is scheduled for the   same day, January 26, 2012. I pleaded with her, explaining that this is pointless, this is the day of trial. She told me to bring another written motion.   She refused to hear any argument, that this is an integral part of the case at hand. I have no words to express my feelings and characterize this.

I am taking other steps, but it is extremely hard.

Unfortunately it is believable. You and I both know there is no birth certificate for them to show. Stonewalling is all they have to protect themselves their criminal liability. You can be sure they are also under marching orders to protect the criminal in chief.

I surely sympathize with how you must be feeling. Hang in there, everything you do chips away at the wall of secrecy and eventually the weight their corruption will cave in on them.

Ialia iacta est. The truth is sufficiently out and Obama is acting more and more like a 1930s tyrant that we know he knows he has been unmasked. He is already squirming while liberty prepares to take a needed gulp of fresh air. Bless you Orly!

    Orly,
Judge nishimura did you a dirty deed and obstructed due justice.
This was an orchestrated maneuver by obama; probably planned when he was on vacation there last week.
She should be quickly impeached for this callous injustice and fined to pay your travel and legal costs.
News like this should arouse all of your supporters and galvanize their loyalty to your cause.
    Perhaps, this a little bright side to this unjustly setback;
Your supporters and followers, now well in excess of 23 million will see the injustice and get angry, very angry enough to get off their complacent butts and start doing something about it; like sending in donations,
placing calls, attending the trials, hearings, and bugging Arpairo.
You have taken enough to make the veterans of the “Battle of the Bulge” proud of you.
I have sent you a donation yesterday thru a credit cart account.
Hopefully, and enphatically other supporters will contribute to the cause.
You will win, the tide will turn, the sun will shed its eternal light upon your scared shoulders and when it’s over, we will all celebrate with a joyous “Thank you Orly”
    Don’t be disheartened, don’t waiver, don’t concede.
Just like the Battle of the Bulge, they hung in there, through the hardships, and discourgement; then the skys brightened, help arrived , and victory was theirs.
It is destined that you too will be victorious.

    Go, Orly, Go..Vios con Dios

Orly, I feel for you as you are the lone shining light in a sea of corruption. PLEASE STAY FOCUSED AND DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED. YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS, even though it may not seem like it. When the truth is finally revealed, you will be rewarded with the greatest gift; the personal satisfaction that you were the one person who would not be deterred from the truth.

    God Bless You!

Many of us in Canada have been following this incredible issue since the very beginning. We just can’t believe the corruption in the court system!! In America of all places, where the Constitution is supposed to matter. As an outside observer, its not hard to guess why barry the bamster went to Hawaii on vacation just recently. More skulduggery, I thought he had a home in Chicago to go to for the holidays. Like other Presidents used to do. We are very worried about what is happening to our American brothers and sisters in the US, with the economy and the intentional waste and spending by the current administration (regime), to destroy the US from within. Cutbacks to the military makes it very obvious what his plans are. I know that if America goes down, Canada is going with it. Orly is an incredible Lady and we wish her all the best. In the end we know that this fraud in chief will be exposed by Orly and will have an ignominious end.

Nishumara is obstructing justice. She needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred.

To all of you judges, when the truth comes out and we have the rule of law again, you can bet the people will remove all of you.

Well, I’ll be a monkey’s uncle. That is why Obama and Pelosi was in Hawaii together. They were both devising a plan of attack.

By the way, why does Obama always vacation in the place of his so called birth? Why would you vacation in the place of your birth when you have the resources to vacation anywhere in the world?

Orly, you did great. I find it hard to believe that a Judge would schedule a hearing knowing that you have another hearing on the same day. This is obvious obstruction of justice. Suppose your other case was an assault and battery case? Any normal Judge would have scheduled the case either before or after your current scheduled case. And what if the defendant’s schedule was in conflict, would the judge screw her too? I seriously doubt it.

Were you able to argue your amended complaint? Please let us know if you will be in Alabama on Monday.

Thanks so much. donations on the way…

Thank you Orly for your persistence. I think you are the greatest. I am from GA and I will be there to support you on Jan. 26 and others here are trying to organize and be present at this hearing.
I found a link at the HI Judicial website that invites people to send their complaints about the Judges to a Commission on Judicial Conduct. I sent my complaint about Judge Nishimura to:

Her conduct of obstructionist should have her removed from the bench. What a sham.

Aloha Orly. I was there in the courtroom in support of you this morning. My partner wished he could have been there as well but he was off-island (he and I have both donated to your cause). I would have introduced myself but you were busy wrapping things up I believe.

Anyhow, without going into too much detail, I felt bad for what you experienced. You wear your passion, emotions and steadfast beliefs on your sleeve and that’s evidenced by watching you speak and I think that was taken advantage of and railroaded today, such as the case when you were maliciously accused of presenting frivolous suits, claims, etc. The judge did not reprimand or renounce the opposing attorney when she said that or other things she said that were not “relevant to the motion in court today” yet you were readily chastised for bringing up the GA court dates, and other items and I felt that was biased and unfair to you. Also, you did not personally involve or attack the defendant or attorney and in turn you should not have had to suffer a personal attack either. I felt there were instances the judge should have stepped up.

I found it a little too “coincidental” that the date here was selected as January 26th and you were not informed….of all the dates that could have been selected by the courts here…why the 26th? I use the word coincidental lightly — this was in my opinion, no coincidence at all – I thought that was an intentional attempt at undermining your cause.

I can understand your frustrations but know that those that are on your forums to support you and show up in the courtroom to support you are doing so because we too believe in what you are doing and while we may not say something eloquently enough, that the support is there and we are behind you and thank you for your perseverance.

We don’t have a lot of money but have donated what we can…it’s too bad that those with deeper pocketbooks who have verbally expressed doubt about the validity of the birth certificate are not supporting you (hint-hint Mr. Trump…) and putting words to action.

You are making a difference and waking people up… Keep going strong, keep believing in what you are doing and try the best you can to not get down…although stronger men and women have fallen with the level of frustrations and obstacles you are encountering! Yet you remain determined and we thank you. I /we will try to recruit friends and family locally and nationally that would support your cause in spirit and in donations and hope that others do the same. It’s also worth saying that you’ve raised enough level of interest to warrant writing our congressmen, etc.

All the best to you and the cause…

Orly…hang tough. What that so called judge did was just another example of how corrupt our judicial system is in America. ALL judges should be voted in by the people they are supposed to serve, and only serve terms like politicans do…that way we can vote the ones like what you have ran into out of office on their heads.

The great message that is being sent is people are reading and taking notice how bad it really is…..Thanks for all you have done and what you are about to do…I do not trust many people ,but you and Sheriff Joe have my complete trust….thans again

I just wanted to amend my note to say that I meant your efforts – the cause is our cause collectively. I am writing this amendment for my partner who feels that it was not worded how he would have worded it..but for me, I wrote it, felt it, believed it as I state to you — the words may have said ‘your’ but it’s the nation’s cause and the wording was just wording open to interpretation….In any event, I truly appreciate your effort and sympathize with you when you are rebuffed and maliciously maligned – in all honesty, if there was nothing to hide, we would have been shown this from the git-go..so it’s obvious something is amiss and that is why you are being attacked — because Obama and crew have something to hide. Thank you Orly…unless my schedule prevents it I hope to be at the next hearing in Hawaii… Aloha

To bad she did not delay it to February when sheriff Joe and his posse announce their findings. How about begging him to announce his findings the same day of this hearing and really throw them a curve. What a day that could be. With the time difference he could announce first then you have your hearing. It’s only a few days maybe Joe could move his date up.

  23. Terence Brennan
    January 6th, 2012 @ 6:36 pm

How can this be anything but an unethical attempt by Nishimura to try to force you to delay the trial in Georgia?!

It is -unthinkable- for a responsible judge to knowingly and deliberately set a date on the attorney’s scheduled trial date 5000 miles away!

I think it is much more important to proceed with the Georgia trial as scheduled date. It shows respect for the Georgia court. Now the Hawaii court deserves no respect. Judge Malihi should be made aware of this unethical pressure tactic.

The dirty Obama machine will try to delay and waste your resources at every chance, and will delay the trial any way possible. It is all they can do now – they are on the edge of losing everything. Spit in their eyes and give priority to the trial.

Winning the Georgia case despite Hawaii’s dirty tricks will be a crippling blow to Obama’s regime.

Hawaii appears to be corrupt top to bottom. If they think the Constitution applies there then they don’t deserve statehood.

I’ll send you another $100 now to help with your travel.

Please everyone else – send whatever you can too! Right now is when it really counts!

If it is that you need to be at both places on the same day then go to Georgia and leave Hawaii be. Georgia is a case with a willing judge and no stonewalling as in Hawaii. All it will take is just one or two states to say Obama cannot be on the ballot and he will lose any chance of reelection since he is already in an uphill effort with such poor polling results for him. You can make precedent for other states to follow. God bless you Orly.

    Nimishura’s actions are definitely disgusting!
Obama and company’s strategy is to make you choose between Georgia and Hawaii, to try to divide and conquer. To try to demoralize you and drain your funds. What cowards they all are.
Don’t let them know you have feelings. Grin and bare it. Hold your head up and fight, knowing that many have your back. Your day is near.
Get your rest and stay strong., and while recovering, pull the knives out of your back and sharpen them for the battle to come.

Ernesto wrote, “If it is that you need to be at both places on the same day then go to Georgia and leave Hawaii be. Georgia is a case with a willing judge and no stonewalling as in Hawaii.”

I agree with Ernesto. Is there not a sympathetic attorney in Hawaii to whom you can delegate the responsibility of acquiring the reciprocal subpoena? That is the lesser case, and it doesn’t need to be you who pleads it.

The battle to free America from the communist dictator just became bigger than one person can handle alone.

So Moses’ father-in-law said to him, “The thing that you do is not good. Both you and these people who are with you will surely wear yourselves out. For this thing is too much for you; you are not able to perform it by yourself.” – Exodus 18:17-18

You must subcontract the negotiations with Judge Nishimura to a sympathetic Honolulu attorney who is able to help shoulder the burden.

Nimishura could not be biased but she did hint that there is a way to have the hearing on the subpoena expedited and BEFORE the Georgia trial.

We should all be doing research on the Hawaii laws so that we can help you to find that solution. 23 million heads are better than one. You are not alone.
