I meant to tell you also that Walter Fitzpatrick was very appreciative of the card you sent when he was in jail last time.  He was rearrested on December 7 because they said they had “miscalculated” the time he should have spent following his September 23 sentencing.  It was well-known that the prosecutor intended to try to keep him in jail as long as possible, so I think he was ambushed.  They also have accused him of “stealing government documents” but don’t even list his address correctly on the arrest and search warrants.

Anyway, I wanted to pass on his gratitude for your kindness, as he reiterated that to a visitor yesterday, who passed it on to me.

I will have your news about the NH Supreme Court out later today.
