I just received this shocking video. It shows the secretary of state of NH Bill Gardner making a complete mockery of lawful elections. I am submitting this video as new evidence, which justifies motion for reconsideration and stay pending review of the motion. I need volunteers to make copies of this video  and my pleadings and send those to members of the House oversight Committee, House committee on the Judiciary and  as many Congressmen as possible as well as international courts for Human Rights. These corrupt officials and corrupt judges  are making a mockery of our human, civil and constitutional right to have lawful elections and to have a meaningful redress of grievances. This country is turning into a fascist regime. Remember, in Germany in 1930s and 1940s there were courts and judges, who kept the facades and dealed with divorces and petty thefts, when millions were slaughtered. Our corrupt regime just passed NDAA, which will allow indefinite incarceration of citizens without trial, if those citizens are just suspected of being terrorists. Criminals at the top are getting even more bold and more arrogant.

    I don’t know if anything is a checkmate. We’ve seen so much corruption in courts, that I would not be surprised if these corrupt judges would put a stamp of approval on absolutely anything, any crime. I’ve seen them do it time and again. It might take an Egypt type revolt to clean up all of this corruption in courts and in elections

    I don’t understand, what this 4 year old video (not new evidence), could possibly have to do, with President Obama’s eligibility.

    Now is, the time to concentrate on your, Senate run and getting those, documents from Fuddy, Orly, not chasing a losing case in, New Hampshire.

    Even if you get the video transcribed, it is inadmissible as it is hear say evidence. Additionally, it has nothing to do with your suit about Obama’s name on the New Hampshire ballot. All you’re doing is giving the judges another chance to throw out your case due to lack of credible evidence that deals strictly with the case at hand — removing Obama’s name from the NH ballot.

    You can certainly, try to introduce it if, you wish, but the sad truth is, with, or without, a transcript, it is, hearsay.

    My remark has nothing to do with anything except the legal principle of hearsay… and it is hearsay, whether there’s a transcript made or not.

    It doesn’t matter whether it’s a leftist ass or a righty ass saying it, it’s just fact. Something you seem loathe to deal with.

    And while we’re on about the content, just exactly what “arrogant abuse of power” is depicted in that video?

    I do see illegal activity in the video, I’ll certainly admit that. I doubt it’s the same you are speaking of, but perhaps I’m wrong.

    Orly; Just permit me to say that I greatly admire you for everything that you are doing on the behalf of freedom, law, justice, and the return of Constitutional government in this country! This country may indeed be too far gone and incapable to be saved from the clutches of the Left, but it is very uplifting to watch you try. I will be filing my own Obama Ballot challenge here in PA in February, 2012 at the proper time prior to the PA Presidential Primary, and am aware that other Patriots in this state will as well. Please continue your fight and do not give up as a lot of people are counting on you, and may God continue to protect you, and of course this nation.
