Here is the decision by the Supreme court of NH. No explanation. I am reviewing the writings by Justice Breyer before I file anything with him

Where is the federal issue? I don’t believe this is appropriate for Supreme Court review?
Why, don’t you focus on productive matters, like, getting the records in Hawaii with your Georgia subpoena?
Anyway, this election is January 10 and you simply won’t have the time to get the paperwork done.
Please don’t spread yourself so thin, Orly.

Dr. Taitz’s quote in “The Two-Way”, NPR’s blog:
https://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2011/12/22/144157666/birthers-dealt-another-blow-as-federal-appeals-court-dimisses-suit
“In three years, not one single court has stated that Barack Obama is a legitimate president, no court has verified that the Social Security number he uses was assigned to him, no court has validated his birth certificate,” Orly Taitz, the lawyer representing 40 of the plaintiffs, including Alan Keyes, told the Times. “All the courts are simply passing the buck, kicking the can by saying they have no jurisdiction and that the plaintiffs have no standing.”
NPR has earned itself stellar reputation for balanced reporting in this report. NPR is to be highly commended for candid superiority.

With all due respect, I dont see how ANY of the parties who signed the petition have any standing whatsoever to demand that any candidate should be tossed off the Democratic primary ballot.
Dr. Taitz Esq. is from California and is (apparently) running for the US Senate a Republican— in California. There is no US Senate race in NH in 2012, and she would not be not eligible to run in NH anyway unless she actually moved there.
The state reps are all Republicans and hence are ineligible to vote on the Democratic side of the Presidential Primary.
There are three individuals on the petition who claim to be Democratic candidates for President. They may have FEC numbers, but this Primary is run by the state of NH. Any citizen who pays a $1000 fee and files a very simple form can run in the NH Primary. A dozen or so citizens did file on the Democratic side and some of them are very serious candidates (even though none are expected to get more than a few hundred votes.) None of the real candidates who actually filed in NH have been calling to have Obama taken off the ballot.

look up election laws in NH. They have very unique election laws, anyone, even a citizen of anither state can bring a challenge
