Taitz v Gardner amended motion for stay

Please see attachedmy  latest motion to stay placement of Obama’s name on the ballot or alternatively stay the count of votes for him until the issue of eligibility is resolved.

I wanted to thank everybody for their help and particularly those who donated for this effort. Getting to the truth and exposing the usurper with a stolen Social security number and a forged birth certificate represents a daunting task. It takes an enormous effort 24/7/365. I’ve been working on this for 3 years now.

Quick reminder. Now, during the Democrat primary Democrats opposing Obama are the only ones who have strong standing. Please, help me put Leah Lax on the ballot in your states.

We need challenges all over the country. If you want to file a challenge and you want me to help you, you need to write to your Secretary of State and your elections board, ask them for consent for an out of state attorney to file a challenge/complaint on your behalf.

Lastly, keep in mind, that your donations and your frequent flier miles give me an opportunity to continue this fight. Recently several people filed election challenges on their own and were either ignored or the challenges were denied and they were told to go to court. As they tried local attorneys, they were quoted high fees, most of the challenges could not afford those fees.  Just recently one plaintiff, Carl Swenssen,  filed a challenge and was charged by an attorney $10,000 for one hearing. Another plaintiff in the state of ID contacted me and stated that an attorney quoted him $125, 000 to file a Obama court challenge  there. Needless to say he could not afford the fee. 

  You can realize the amount of work, that is being done by me, hundreds of hours poured with no compensation, donations hardly cover expenses.  Your help with donations makes it possible for me to continue the fight.
