There are 100 John Does and Jane Does in CA complaint, 3 of them can become AG, Sec of State and LT. Gov of KS, if they will be complicit to the cover up of forged IDs by Obama, by committing treason against the United States of America. The hearing is at 10 am, please come earlier, I will fly in earlier

What time is the hearing? Can my husband and I attend or is it closed to the public? I hope you bring all your witnesses because I see that all 3 members of the Commission are attorneys and sticklers for rules of evidence. Therefore, they will likely want testimony instead of Affidavits. God, Dr. Taitz, I think you are on the brink of making history!!! Please make sure that you are allowed to present your evidence and don’t let these Republicans on the committee shut you up. They are not judges, so they cannot hold you in contempt for whatever you say. I remember New Hampshire and you were way too respectful at that hearing when your rights were being trampled and you were disrespected by that commission. I’m glad that you let them know that you will hold them accountable. Maybe you can amend your California complaint and have 3 copies ready to be served in person at the hearing if things don’t go your way. Or you could serve them beforehand and let them know you will drop them as defendants if they do the right thing. Love you!!! Debbie and Tom |

God bless you Dr. Taitz!
Debbie and Tom make a very good point! I like the idea of letting these Board members of the possible repercussions of committing treason and aiding and abetting elections fraud.
You should also point out to the Commission that you will not be silenced and that, since they are all attorneys, you will report them to the Kansas State Bar for various felonies. I think that they do not want their political lives ruined by the State Bar taking action against them.
Since you are doing pro-bono work, I am sure that the complainant won’t mind you representing him, even if he’s afraid of showing up for fear of his life. Is it too late to convince him to let you represent him and can you tell the commission that his withdrawal was procured under duress by Obama thugs?
I am so happy that you are not intimidated! Maybe the fact that you will be working on Rosh Hashanah is an omen that the new year will be the year of justice!!!

By the way Dr. Taitz, Debbie and Tom mentioned witnesses. How you can get your witnesses to be there on such short notice is beyond me, but God bless you!!!
Perhaps you can ask for a continuance and have the Board order Obama to appear and testify?

Is it possible to put a delay into/for the hearing so as to have time to get another eligible complainant? It seems that there must be more than one person in all of Kansas that would have necessary fortitude to be a complainant.

Sebring………You are acting like a spoiled child. Please behave or I’ll tell your mother how you have been acting in public. She will spank your little hiney for being so naughty!!!

Orly: Is it possible that you could convince the complaint(or) to maybe have an affidavit filed with a Notary and then, present that in court, instead of having him appear in person? Also…
Orly, does Ks have the same rule as Indiana, where the defendent (HAS) to show up in person?

And I agree with Cristina, that you have the legal right to defend yourself, if the defendants start to try to intimidate you, in any way, and, especially, if they want to defend the WH! If the situation warrents it, Orly, I’d get very “hard-core” with anyone in court, from now on! Don’t take any crap off of anyone on the other side of the case(s)! You can still be objective, but don’t let them take advantage of you!

Orly, as an AMERICAN, living in South Dakota, what takes place in Kansas effects the voters here! I DO NOT want to be Defrauded! Have them consider my HAVA Complaint, HAVA is on the books in Kansas also, so it should be considered.
