You cannot make the deponent provide the space for a deposition. You must arrange your own conference room or other facility.
Your court reporter should be able to recommend a conference room that can be rented.

Let me get this straight, Mrs. Taitz. You want the birth certificate of an infant who died shortly after birth so you are able to continue your campaign against the President? You want to reopen old wounds of a mother and family who lost a child so long ago simply to satisfy your ego? Many mothers never get over the loss of their newborn infants and now you want to put that family’s pain on display just so that people will think you are a great “civil rights activist”. I would have never thought that a mother would resort to mentally torturing another mother all for the sake of headlines. I agree with Milo: “Have you no decency?”

Oh, really, Mrs. Taitz? Then why can I not find the parents name on the above subpoena? When I look at it I see your name as the attorney for the petitioners, none of which is named “Sunahara”.
Up until now, your legal attempts to remove the President have been amusing and costly. This subpoena shows you for what you are, a self centered egotist who will do anything to keep her name in the headlines.

Dr. Taitz, you are concerned for the family but their name is absent from your subpoena. Why is that? By the way, all the family has to do is go to the DOH and they would be more than happy to hand them both of the certificates from those two days in which they lost a precious life.

You are aware, that the original typewritten birth certificate no longer exists? It is all microfiche. When I traveled to Mexico as a middle school student, the state of my birth could only produce a photostatic copy of my birth record. And, that was in 1969.

What does the Sunahara’s attempt to obtain the birth certificate have to do with the Georgia election challenge? Where is the tangible interest that YOU have in obtaining the Sunahara certificate?

If Obama’s surrogates used the real file number of Virginia Sunahara to try to bolster his fake COLB in Aug 2008, then who is the monster in this situation?
The identity thief, or the attourney who tries to expose the truth by issuing Hawaii DOH a supoena?
Obama’s Aug 2008 COLB in the Fact-check photo-shoot had a file number, something that was redacted in the June 2008 COLB crude online forgery. That file number had to be a number that was in the correct range for the date in 1961, and *not* used by a legitimate citizen birth.
It is possible Obama’s forgery team used Virginia Sunahara’s file number because their contact in Hawaii DOH told them it was a viable number not likely to be challenged by a living adult.
The Aug 2008 Obama COLB is a fake because the seal on it has raised letters that are mirror imaged, not correct readable English letters.
Its a subtle difference, but of legal importance because a raised seal is a feature of a paper legal document valid in a court of law.

It is most likely in the records. If they are asking for a long form that could be a problem for them as they’d have to receive a special exemption to receive one. A short form “should” be no problem for the mother to receive.
That said, because they are having whatever problems they are having does not give you any tangible interest in having it produced to you, and certainly not through a GA subpoena.

Orly, you are a true American Patriot unlike all the treasonous morons who are trying to help cover up the crimes of Barry Soetoro AKA/Obama.
Anybody who has examined the evidence available knows “Obama” was not born in Hawaii. Also his records in Kenya were stolen according to an Official Report from the Kenyan government. Officials at both my congressman and senator’s office have stated everybody knows “Obama” is not eligible but leadership and media are pressuring them to not speak about the subject.
The reason they don’t want the truth out is that everybody involved in the cover-up is guilty of minimum a felony if not high treason.
I believe all who are involved in the conspiracy and cover-up, including media and judges must stand trial for high treason and if found guilty hung by the neck until dead.
This would be a great way to remove the criminals from congress. Maybe we could bring back the guillotine just for them. Heads would roll on Capitol Hill.
At least we will give them a trial. Congress declared war on the American people recently stating anybody can be held indefinitely without charges or trial, subject to torture and even murder. Now they are going to censor the internet to prevent the truth from reaching the brainwashed masses who are beginning to awaken from their propaganda induced comas.
