That’s how long it took them to paste the little pieces back together after they retrieved them from the shredder.

Someone should lose their job over this. But sadly, they won’t.

I am sure, they did not put those in the shredder, just kept somewhere

How/when does the Court suffer a penalty for their own, now, chronological malfeasance? This is very important forensic evidence. If everyone just “shrugs” and moves along then the Constitution is toilet paper.

You can write to the postmaster general, to the department of Justice and House committees on the Judiciary and Oversight

I bet if this was any other case heads would roll if papers where misplaced like this during a hearing. What if anything can be done about it now? We need a game changer, how more states do we need to get involved. Has anything been done in Calif yet? That may generate some coverage with a big state like that.

    Hi Orly
That is grovelling through their system, exactly the soft tyranny that glorious document was centripetally designed to prevent. It needs to be quantified on the web. The again with the new shredding of hc, that website will be seen as a terrorist affiliated;that hard tyranny is blatantly what that glorious document is being hung on. The Law better purge itself or it will be indistinguishable from patent professional debauchery and its own ignominy for time immemorial.

Could we have that again, please, except this time in American? Years ago a comedian claimed he was playing all the right notes on the pione but not necessarily in the right order. I think you have the same problem.
