Dear Mr. Wright,
I am a licensed attorney in the state of CA. Mr. Danny Vestal asked me to assist him. I am not filing a legal action against you, Elections Board and Secretary of State in either state or federal court yet, I am simply providing you with some clarifications and requesting a hearing:
1. your response to Mr. Vestal was an insult to human intelligence and a de facto violation of Mr. Vestal’s civil right to participate in a lawful election, which was done under the color of authority
2. Mr. Vestal forwarded to you my complaint from the state of HI, not for you to act based on statutes of the state of HI, but to act upon evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is committing the biggest elections fraud in the history of this nation. He is running under a name, which is not legally his, he is fraudulently using a CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, which is not legally his according to E-Verify, and he is using a computer generated forgery instead of a valid birth certificate. Obama provided no evidence of any valid identification papers, which would make him eligible to be on the ballot.
3. Your statement, that courts found Obama to be eligible, is an outright lie. No court has ever reviewed this matter on the merits, no court ever found that Obama possesses any valid identification papers, All courts simply kicked the can, passed the buck and stated that they either do not have jurisdiction or plaintiffs do not have standing.
3. You are claiming, that due to the fact, that this is not a general election yet, the issue is not ripe.This means that you condone fraud in the primary election. This is an outrage.
4. You are claiming that you have no jurisdiction to do any investigation. Why are you then paid a salary by the tax payers? You and the Elections Board, and the Secretary of State of North Carolina are paid a salary not to just sit there as a piece of furniture and do nothing. You and your whole staff, which included investigators, are paid a salary to investigate elections fraud and remove from the ballot candidates, who are committing elections fraud, Obama among them.
5. I demand an immediate hearing for me and for Danny Vestal to appear before the Secretary of State or the elections board and provide all the evidence, Mr. Obama can provide his rebuttle and a decision has to be made, if he can be on the ballot in N.C. primary. If this is not done, than you are criminally complicit in elections fraud, forgery, uttering of forged identification documents by Obama, obstruction of justice, misprision of multiple felonies and possibly treason, and a criminal complaint will be filed with all the proper agencies against you, elections board and the Secretary of state in due time.
6. I would like to remind you that some 40 high ranked governmental officials, including Attorney General of the United States and White House Counsel went to prison during Watergate. ObamaFraudGate and ObamaForgeryGate is much bigger than Watergate. You and your clients, Elections Board of NC, as well as Secretary of State of NC need to think long and hard, whether you want to end up in the same predicament, as governmental officials who were aiding and abetting Nixon in Watergate.

PS Please, find pleadings filed in the state of GA, which can be of assistance to you and the Secretary of State. Those pleadings and evidence in exhibits should be sufficient to remove Mr. Obama from the ballot immediately and file criminal charges against him immediately.

Attorneys must be licensed to practice in a state where they appear. In the General Court of Justice, out of state attorneys may apply to a judge for special permission to appear in the case before them. We are not a court, we are an agency.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections does not have jurisdiction over social security numbers , the President’s birth records from another state, or whether the name he uses for legal purposes today is different from his passport records when he was a child. Finally, any question about his eligibility to be on the ballot in the future is not yet ripe as he has not been named the nominee of a political party for 2012.

Several court decisions have confirmed that he was and is qualified to hold the office of President. They have been no court decisions to the contrary.

Again we have received your e-mails, but they are not considered as filings since they are under Hawaiian law and we lack jurisdiction over the subject matter. Also I know of no provision in North Carolina law that allows the State Board of Elections to hold an emergency hearing on the qualifications of a setting U.S. President.

    Greetings Mr. Gant,

    I recently went to the Registers Office here in Pennington County with some Documents that I had previously shared with Mr. Nelson. I feel their has been a serious Ballot Discrepency that requires your attention.
    In Aug. of 2008, the Democratic National Convention convened in Denver CO., and Nominated Barrack Obama as President and Mr. Biden as Vice President. The discrepency is thier Certification…
    Mr. Gant, I will ask you the same question I asked Chris Nelson (and which I received no answer).
    Why did Nancy Pelosi sign and Notorize TWO Certification Documents, ONE stating that the Nominees are Constitutionally Eligible to be President and Vice President… The Other, (the one South Dakota and Forty Eight other States recieved) Is missing that Statement?
    Currently Mr. Gant, Sheriff Joe Arpio of Maricopa County Arizona is looking into this, which I personally think is a Red Flag, telling me the voters of South Dakota and other States were voting for someone who was Ineligible to be President. That being said Sir, I feel you should be in touch with Mr. Arpio before placing Barrack Obamas name on any Ballot.
    Please find attatched those documents, Mr. Gant I thank you for your time and also hope that the United States Constitution still means something.

    Romney is no more conservative than was George Bush. In fact, he would be the least likely one to vote for. He is is the one the libertards want to win the republican primary.

    Let’s face it, we have NO REAL CONSERVATIVE candidates. Hopefully, one will appear before it’s to late.

    I inquired about the eligibility of Obama AFTER he was nominated in 2012. POS Don Wright seems to have done a bait and switch based on the above comments he made prior to Obama’s nomination at the DNC. Now he claims 3 USC 15 is the only method for challenging “electoral votes”. Wright maintains that the electors are beyond the jurisdiction of NC statutes, and that the voters do not choose the president, the electors do. So apparently, according to Wright, there is virtually nothing a NC voter can do to prevent an ineligible presidential candidate getting onto a state ballot.

    NOTE to Orly: According to Don Wright, the state board of elections oversees all election matters, not the NC Secretary of State.
