Info needed

I am trying to get a feel, as to who is the presiding judge in GA. For other judges the court posted info and bios, but not for judge Malihi. I am trying to find, where did he study, in what area of law did he work before becoming a judge. We know that the regime got to judge Carter and he changed his rulling. as a matter of fact the regime got to all of the judges dealing with this case. I am afraid, they will get to this judge too. All I can tell, is that Malihi is an Arabic name, but I am not sure, whether it is Arabic Christian or Muslim.   If you have any info, please send a comment on this blog or e-mail to orly.taitz@gmail.com. If you do not hear confirmation, that I got the info, call 949-683-5411

This is a case where Judge Malihi presided over an “ethics case” regarding some members of a School Board.

ATLANTA – Governor Sonny Perdue issued the following statement today concerning Judge Michael Malihi’s Ruling on Clayton County BOE Members:

“I am reviewing the findings included in Judge Malihi’s ruling. Given the importance of this issue to Clayton County students and parents, I will announce a decision expeditiously, but only after a thorough analysis of the ruling and all options available.”

We all know how the campaign of Keith Gross (D-
Not Georgia) ended in such an embarrassing fashion. Now the full story behind Gross’ antics is clear as the decision from Administrative Law Judge Michael A. Malihi has arrived into the Rogue109 Command Center.

(DOWNLOAD ALJ DECISION AND FINDINGS ON KEITH GROSS)

In his 18 page decision, Judge Malihi picks apart in a detailed fashion every one of Mr. Gross’ defenses, combined with myriad references to the transcript where Gross would often contradict himself. The evidence makes clear that Keith Gross has no problem fabricating positions when it suits his whim and that his public defense after questions were asked were as empty as his resume. Voters should not consider him in the future for any public office, even if he legitimately qualifies.

You’re discriminating because his name sounds Arabic? Well aren’t you the little racist?

I am not discriminating at all. I am stating a fact. What this fact means, remains to be seen

“Malihi” is being a common name in the country of Iran. This may be cause for the concern, as he may have family ties there or be under the cloak of the “taqiyya” muslim practice.

He could also be an Iranian Jew

It depends on when his family left Iran. If it was 1979, then Iranians are okay. They were the ones fleeing the ayatollah.
