Subject: Fw: FW: HB 1388 PASSED.

You just spent $20.3M to move members/supporters of Hamas, a terrorist organization, to the United States ; housing, food, the whole enchilada.
PAST TIME TO LOCK AND LOAD MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Whether you are an Obama fan, or not,EVERYONE IN THE U. S. needs to know….
Something happened… H.R. 1388 was passed yesterday, behind our backs. You may want to read about it..
It wasn’ t mentioned on the news… just went by on the ticker tape at the bottom of the CNN screen.
Obama funds $20M in tax payer dollars to immigrate Hamas refugees to the USA. This is the news that didn’ t make the headlines…By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in “migration assistance” to the Palestinian refugees and “conflict victims” in Gaza.
The “presidential determination“, which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States, was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4. Few on Capitol Hill, or in the media, took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.
Let’s review….itemized list of some of Barack Obama ‘s most recent actions since
his inauguration:
* His first call to any head of state, as president, was to Mahmoud Abbas, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory.
* His first one-on-one television interview with any news organizationwas with Al Arabia television.
* His first executive order was to fund/facilitate abortion(s) not just here within the U. S., but within the world, using U. S. tax payer funds.
* He ordered Guantanamo Bay closed and all military trials of detainees halted.
* He ordered overseas CIA interrogation centers closed.
* He withdrew all charges against the masterminds behind the USS Cole and the “terror attack” on 9/11.
* Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges to move to, and live in, the
US at American taxpayer expense.
These important and insightful issues are being “lost” in the blinding bail-outs and “stimulation” packages.

Doubtful? To verify this for yourself:

The thing about this bill is that Congress must approve the funds for this bill.
And as far as I know, nothing has happened yet.
But here’s a link to it.

Where the heck is our military. Is this not enough to storm washington and remove this fraud usurper? Is this not enough to hold him accountable for his actions against America?
Geez, Hondorous (sp?) just removed their president why will our military NOT REMOVE THIS FREAK PRETENDING TO BE OUR PRESIDENT? Good God! Enough is enough!

correction–don’t say not do say. On another note: When you call Senator Casey’s DC office with a dissenting opinion or asking a question about the Russian agreement signed today in Russia by Obama you get hung up on. Try it. 202-224-6324 The consititutional law student answering the phones says he knows more than us normal citizens. Boy, they breed those elitists young in DC! Our gov’t at work.

Some of the things on the list above were applauded by Constitutionalists. Those things wouldn’t garner their disapproval. Constitutionalists were against the Iraq war, against Gitmo and for the closing of interrogation centers.

Although factcheck.org is certainly biased leftward, this provides a good starting point — links to the Federal Register, etc. Note this URL has been folded — you may need to patch it back together in your browser address bar.

The original post seems to be misleading to the point of prevarication.

    RED ALERT Warning!!!!

Gerald Warner is an author, broadcaster, columnist and polemical commentator who writes about politics, religion, history, culture and society in general. He wrote about Obama, saying he should have welcomed the removal of Zelaya from Honduras. Zelaya had recently sided with the Iranian ayatollahs in their suppression of a democratic election. But he did the opposite.

He calls the usurper as Barack Fidel Che Obama, the Bolivarian Revolution’s useful idiot, that is reversing the Monroe Doctrine.

Americans should start praying for his removal from office as soon as possible, this guy is out of his mind.

He is working against America’s best interest.

(Just use my screen name of “IndiaLady”.)

I understood a new President only has 100 days in which he can issue Executive Orders. How is it that he issued this one now? His 100 days (thank the Lord) is up.

H.R. 1388 (the GIVE Act) is completely unrelated to the memorandum that Obama wrote to the State Department directing them to provide the $20 million in refugee assistance in Gaza. I normally do not like FactCheck, but this time their information appears to be correct:

    https://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/was_hr_1388_passed_behind_our_backs.html

IndiaLady, Presidents can issue executive orders at any time during their presidency – there is no 100 day time limit.

Do not believe that “Wake up” post by Irv. He has been misinformed about the bill HR 1388.

This is some of the AUTHENTIC information about HR 1388:

    Irv wrote:
“Something happened… H.R. 1388 was passed yesterday, behind our backs.”

But if you look here, you will see that the actions on HR 1388 all took place between the 9th of March and the 21st of April.

    https://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d111:HR01388:@@@S

The way to “Wake up” is to doublecheck what posters write. Not every person who posts on the Web is honest. Some people try to serve their own agendum, so they post lies. Then others, who read those lies, copy them without verifying the content and post them elsewhere. Next thing you know, the whole blogosphere is repeating the same post — so it appears to be true, common knowledge — but it STARTED with a lie copied by people who did not verify the original source.

    So “Wake up” with CAUTION.

Orly, sorry about the double post. I didn’t realize it posted the first time because I had turned off my cookies before going to the Thomas site. So then I turned cookies back on and mistakenly posted it a second time.

I made one change in the duplicate post — I changed “people” to “believers.” So if you allow my post out of moderation, would you please delete the first one and keep the second one?

    Thanks!

Orly, does Obama’s Federal Register statement have a loophole? He wrote:

“related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.”

He did not qualify “conflict victims in Gaza.” In other words, he did not write “related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and of PALESTINIAN conflict victims in Gaza.”

Without the second specification, can’t that loosely written statement be interpreted to include ISRAELI conflict victims in Gaza?

Of course Obama didn’t intend his directive to read that way, but could Israelis apply for monetary aid just to challenge those words?
