   Not to worry, now Arpaio is up for botched investigations. Now the imbecile media can go to work for Obama on sex, but not on his stolen identity, false citizenship, forgery and obstructing justice. What about the botched cases of Federal judges who fail to properly hear and try Dr. Taitz’s case against this U.S. President?

   This is the government whose schools teach children about condoms and teach junior highers about having sex. The President has repealed “don’t ask don’t tell”. Now gays can flaunt themselves in the United States Military.

   It is opportune to suddenly be concerned with Arpaio while he is concerned with the President.

   Arpaio must be permitted in the media to investigate Obama while he himself is investigated by the liars, cheaters and thieves who want everyone else to be truthful with them if they offer their truth in return.

   You ought to file an addendum to your amended motion claiming travel and wasted time expenses
   because of their screw up in the disappearance of those papers. Should you do so, I wonder if it will also disappear too?

   Get used to the idea. Obama is the president and will be until the voters decide to put him out of office or until he has served two consecutive terms whichever comes first.

   If you feel so sure about it all why not just leave it to the voters next year to see who is right? Or maybe you do not believe in true democracy and are afraid to let the country decide instead of the courts.

    I watched the video from Channel 8. The judge said she had the amended motion in her hands when she was talking to you. She also said she wouldn’t discuss it because no hearing was set to do so.

    I read the article. Is Sheriff Joe liable for the negligence of the police contractor? No.
    Rather, I think El Mirage and Sheriff Joe were swindled and lied to by the former police contractor.
    Sheriff Joe and El Mirage are investigating and bringing charges against that contractor, as they should.

    no, she said that she had the reply to the opposition to the amended motion, but she did not have the amended motion. By the way, there was tampering with reply as well. I sent it by Fed Ex, Fed Ex called me on the day before the hearing and told me, that the clerk of the court refused to accept it, because one letter somewhere looked different. I wasted $78 on FedEx. So, I simply went to FedEX store, printed out new copies and hand delivered them to the court and the clerk of the judge the day before the hearing. Sorry, this is sabotaqge, worse than in the Soviet Union. This should not be hapening

    Orly–it appears you need to find somebody local in Hawaii with honor and integrity to “run the bases” for you in this Oahu court. They are going out of their way in a concerted effort to cause a malfunction junction with most everything you throw at them and somebody familiar with handling the documents could save you time and money. There must be somebody you trust…..

    I don’t understand. How could she have “the reply to the opposition to the amended motion” when apparently they were pretending the amended motion doesn’t exist? Surely the amended motion must exist for there to be an opposition to it, much less for you to reply to the opposition.

    If hawaii filed an opposition to it and then the courts pretended it doesn’t exist, don’t you have airtight proof that the court is cheating you?

    Orly as long as Obama can take his vacations to Hawaii as POTUSA and restructure/cover/pressure for keeping his deceit going you will be having difficulties uncovering his true identity. However, at the moment you are the person to keep the fire at his feet. Perhaps the Arizona sheriff and even Trump again lately can help you secure the USA.

    In your comment #12 you say the judge didn’t have the amended motion. But she had “the reply to the opposition to the amended motion”. I said earlier I didn’t understand, but you didn’t answer.

    Was insight right about the judge saying she had the amended motion in her hand? If the judge was saying she had the reply to the opposition to the amended motion in her hand, then surely the courts can’t be claiming that they never received the amended motion.

    Can you explain?

    Voila! Yeah, like the illegal FBI files in Hillary’s Filegate that suddenly appeared out of nowhere shortly before they “suicided” Vince Foster on the night before he was to testify in Filegate.

    You know, it’s sad to think that if the Neocon GOP Establishment, the globalist CFR, and Neocon Faux News get their wish and put up another RINO and lose and Obama steps down before the 2012 election, we will likely end up with the Hildebeest and Billy Clinton co-Presidency, Part II. To hedge his bets and likely in response to Democratic Party pressure, Obama may still yet, pre-emptively, nominate Hillary as Veep instead of Biden this time to strengthen his ticket a la McShamnesty bringing on Sarah Palin in 2008. Then, if he is submarined by Taitz or Arpaio, the Hildebeest will be in the catbird seat, and she will destroy any RINO the GOP puts up easily. We all know that all of these serial “bleeps” are capable of “bleep” because they’ve already “bleeped” many of their political enemies and liabilities. We’d just be trading one illegitimate Communist globalist for two legitimate ones. Que sera, sera! Such is the plight of a nation that has been brainwashed to turn its back on Third parties capable of truly meting out justice.
