I need help in reaching Scott Nago, chief elections officer of HI. He has my complaint and petition, he is supposed to schedule a public hearing, but he disappeared. We can’t find either him or his legal counsel. I figure they went into communist underground :-)

I called the elections office and Scott Nago was ” not available “. I left a message with the clerk and hopefully get a call back.
I’ll keep trying

    these idiots can hide but sooner or later they have to surface… if he is not on the job as supposed then why the heck are they paying him..

    this reeks of sabotage by the obama admin.. its time for it to stop..

    It is December. Many public employees have use-or-lose leave that must be taken before the 31st, so they may be out if the office for a good part of the month.

    Judging by the baseness of sabotage they resort to in Hawaii (lost the certified mail!), don’t be surprised if next time the archive of the vital records will happen to be caught by fire and all the records will perish…

    Surely they know when he is expected back, or if he is on leave for any substantial period, then surely someone there i.e. a deputy or assistant must normally take-up his role.

    They told me, that he and his legal counsel should be back any time. I had with me members of the media, citizens of HI, activists. For two days we drove to Rearl city and sat there waiting for them. They never came back.
