Open letter-demand for emergency hearing and vote

Re. Demand for an emergency hearing and vote for removal from office of William M. Gardner, the Secretary of State of the state of New Hampshire due to egregious elections fraud, aiding and abetting fraud, forgery and possibly treason

Dear speaker O’Brien,

Please, find an attached 85 page complaint, submitted to the Secretary of State of NH William Gardner by attorney Orly Taitz and   joined by New Hampshire State Representatives Larry Rappaport, Harry Accornero, Lucien Vita, Carol Vita, Laurie Pettengill, Al Baltasaro, Moe Villanueve, Susan DeLemus, William Tobin.

Attached complaint was sent to the Secretary of State of NH Willim Gardner with the demand to remove from NH 2012 Presidential Primary ballot candidate Barack Hussein Obama, II due to elections fraud and lack of Natural born citizen requirement necessary to be allowed as a presidential candidate on the ballot.

1. State House of Representatives has elected the Secretary of State and has power to remove him from office if  Secretary of State is engaged in misconduct, such as elections fraud and treason.

2. Mr. Gardner received a complaint showing results of three year research in regards to the candidate on the ballot Mr. Barack Obama.

3.  Mr. Obama is running for the President of the U.S. in the Democrat primary and has to be a natural born citizen.

4. His prior application does not contain the necessary language of declaration under penalty of perjury, that he is a natural born citizen, which should have disqualified him just for lack of proper sworn declaration.

5. In case there is a new declaration with the required language, such declaration would not be valid as Mr. Obama does not possess any valid U.S. identification papers, which would attest to his natural born status.

6.  Taitz provided Secretary of State Gardner with documents and sworn affidavits, showing that Obama does not possess a  valid US Social Security number, and that he is using in his tax returns and his selective service certificate a CT SSN 042-68-4425, which according to E-Verify and SSNVS was never assigned to Barack Obama.

7. Taitz provided Gardner with information that Obama for 3 years refused to provide his long form birth certificate. In April 2011 he finally posted on the Internet what he claimed to be a true and correct copy of his birth certificate, which according to multiple experts represents a computer generated forgery. Obama and Director of Health of the state of HI are engaged in  obstruction of Justice  and are refusing to allow inspection and authentication  of the original birth certificate. If the alleged copy is genuine, why is the public precluded from seeing the original?

8. Taitz provided Gardner with information, showing that Obama is constitutionally ineligible, due to his foreign citizenship in Great Britain, Indonesia and Kenya.

9.Even name used by Obama in his application might not be legally his, as his mother’s passport records show him using name Barack Soebarkah and his school records from Indonesia show him using name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal name change from Soetoro/Soebarkah to Obama. One cannot be on the ballot, while using name not legally his.

10. Gardner has all of this information in front of him and decided to put Obama’s name on the ballot even though he knows, that Obama is not eligible. By doing so Gardner committee fraud and treason, by placing on the ballot in the state of New Hampshire a foreign citizen with citizenship of three other foreign nations and no verification of  US citizenship, no valid US identification papers, no valid US birth certificate, no valid US Social Security number. Elections fraud and possibly treason is clear based on application. Gardner acted as a Democrat party operative and placed the well being of the Democrat party over the well being of this nation and over the well being of the state of Connecticut. Gardner committed elections fraud and possibly treason and needs to be removed from his position o the Secretary of State of NH, new Secretary of State needs to be elected by the House of  Representatives in an emergency session and new Secretary of State needs to review the attached complaint on emergency basis and remove Obama’s name from the ballot, as an ineligible candidate, committing elections fraud and treason.

11. Additionally Petitioner is asking the Honorable Speaker of the House as well as other members of the house to file a criminal complaint  of elections fraud and possibly treason against the Secretary of state Gardner and candidate Obama with the District Attorney of Merrimac county.

    Another Friend”s comments are extremely nasty but he/she has one good point. Orly is overextended and will achieve nothing unless she foucuses on the main chance. She can decide whether that is HI, NH or getting elected in CA, but she is going have to choose or loose.

    Put the kool-aid down and get your head out of the sand. The facts are already out which prove Obama is illegal, so deal with it. Since Congress and the media are ignoring the issue, we need to take it to the states.

    If it doesn’t get done in NH, then we have 49 more tries. We will find ONE that will let the truth out!

    @ KBOA – I see that Tracy Fair has shown her well-fed ugly face again. The next state to go to would be Indiana. Try to get Ankeny v. Indiana overruled.

    But we need more Tracy Fair videos that “prove” something, other than Fair’s idiocy.

    I think the only places where you’ll have any resonance are those states where Obama won’t have a chance to get the popular vote.

    So, you should be concentrating on your run for the Senate rather than this will o’ the wisp.

    Orly Taitz is doing what the  Democrat Party and the 535 of The Congress should have done in 2008 if they weren’t so corrupt, treasonous and cowardly!  They didn’t vet Obama as being an eligible candidate for President of the United States! It’s prudent to prove loyalty to U.S. interests and not foreign interests!

    Orly  has done more  to prove her loyalty to the U.S. in upholding our Constitution than any of the “natural born,” do nothing elected Representatives and Senators in DC regarding Obama’s  eligibility.

    I would trade the Congress of  535,  person for  person, for any native born Moldovan possessing the character and determination to seek the truth as Orly does as a naturalized U.S. citizen and accomplished doctor and lawyer!

    Orly acts like a true American and like the American Founders, she experienced real tyranny under an oppressive government!!! The United States Constitution is the result of the Founders’  empirical research and their great collective wisdom! Ignore or throw the U.S. Constitution away at your own peril!

    Perhaps Orly’s enemies are too comfortable as a modern day American to appreciate the United States Founding Documents and the efforts  of Orly Taitz to uphold and protect the U.S. Constitution;  whereas, our 535 criminals have failed for the past three years to do so under sworn oath!

    As for democracy, you understand very little. Our USA  is  a “Constitutional Republic.” The last thing the Founders wanted was a “pure democracy” because it always leads to anarchy and tyranny!!!

    The criminal illegally occupying the White House must be brought to justice. Now we have representatives in New Hampshire up in arms over this travesty of justice – this mockery of the constitution. ‘We the People’ demand our constitutional right of redress of grievance; said grievance being the illegal election of an ineligible candidate to the office of the President of the United States of America fraudulently representing himself as a natural-born citizen; redress demanded: the abrogation of said constitutionally illegal election and all that the subsequent illegitimate administration of the fraud and forger illegally occupying the Oval Office has accomplished for everything Mr. Obama and his administration have accomplished has been accomplished while in the commission of a crime. Prosecute Obama. Prosecute all those complicit in the crime and cover-up; the coordinated contravention of the constitution.
