 Can someone locate this man by his IP address and report him to the FBI and Orange County police. So far there was no response from either FBI or OC sheriff in regards to all the death threats

    I looked this person up on Myspace and found the email address matched a 23 year old female from Young America, Minnesota. Her last login was 7/13/04.

    Breathe easy, dear. Always remember that noisy fools are the best because you always know where they are and what they’re doing.
    He has not threatened you with death. He has expressed an opinion, as guaranteed under our system of government. A sick opinion, granted, but that hardly makes him a murderer. Would I be a sexual harraser if I stated my desire to seduce you? That I felt strongly about convincing you to get dressed up, go dancing, take two valium, have a Magarita and spend the most lovely and endless candlelit hours in a classy hotel that any human being has ever known? Makes me a scumbag doesn’t it?
    But I’m a FREE scumbag, and so is this coward. Let him be free, and impress us with your class and distinction, as you always do, Orly. He just doesn’t know how to treat a lady, but please feel free to forward this fool my email and IP address so that I can educate him in the art.

    Orly, do NOT be intimidated! For what it’s worth, the OBOTS have discovered MY last name (you know how active I have been since November). I think it is funny because they are losers with way too much time on their hands. They think they are so smart, but they will get their comeuppance when their “Messiah” goes down. Do what you need to do, Orly, but do not be deterred.

    Okay, one more thing: Although making death threats is a felony offense in all 50 states, it has to be the person actually coming out and directly saying “I will kill you”, “my group will burn your house down”, etc. Anything other than an outright statement of intent to kill you will likely be viewed by the authorities as these idiots exercising their First Amendment rights. Their reasoning would likely be: If burning the U.S. flag, and putting a crucifix in a jar of urine, are protected by the First Amendment, why should we do anything about people who send obscene e-mails? I think that reasoning is crap, but it is what generally happens.

    You would probably have better luck filing a Section 1983 civil rights action. These people are harassing you, which constitutes a violation of your civil rights. Perhaps the unwillingness of the authorities to help you could be included in such an action.

    It would take much less time and money, though, to just block the e-mails and ban the I.P.s of the idiots.

    Correction – was going on erroneous info that he had already arrived in Moscow on the Fourth. But that still begs the question- Who is more anti-American ? Orly, who is defending the US Constitution and the principles it stands for, or Obama – who whenever he is overseas goes out of his way to apologize for the United States as he did in Germany saying he was sorry for his country ?

    Well, Mary Adams, at least we know you speak in the vernacular of the American liberal. But you must realize by now that many more than 62 million Americans are not gonna give our country away, especially to the “grocery store clerk” (“Apcolypse Now”) named Barry Soetoro from Kenya. You liberals wouldn’t give a damn about any one being elected president who bore the tag, democrat, even if he were from Iran, Somalia or Tim Bucked Two. (If you are interested I will tell you that joke sometimes). Any man who learns from his flock that the courts had ordered his college to release his records and then laughs at it in his arrogant way (see? he is an American so he is arrogant), such a man will be thereafter haunted by a feeling he is in deep doo doo. A very happy Independence Day to you my lady.
