For your records, as per your website request, I did email Sheriff Joe Arpaio and asked him to testify before Reagan appointee Judge Wingate in Jackson, MS on September 24.
I received an automated response stating my email had been received.

    This is sad very very sad.

    Arpaio and Zullo like to give prest conferences and sell books and get votes, but boy do they run away when Orly trys to spoena them.

    They take credit for Orly’s hard work that never stops, but they never close the deal. They just talk.

    They dodge and they dance and they doddle but they never show up. Why?

    They refuse to testify UNDER OATH. Why?

    Arpaio refers traffic tickets for prosecution. But he doesn’t file Obama for prosecution. Why?

    Something is not right. Maybe it is time to sue these guys and force them to testify UNDER OATH and not under prest conference.

    Well said Nora. Dr. Taitz, we now pray that your next case will be filed in Maricopa County! I am sure there are plenty of patriots in Arizona who are willing to have you represent them.

    Orly: I’m wondering who can arrest Arpaio if he doesn’t do his job to file on the info he found out about? Obviously, this has to take place in Az, so does the state legislature get involved or higher ups? And does someone have to file a complaint, to have him arrested?

    are uou crazy? nobody should arrest Arpaio. we are looking to prosecute Obama, not Arpaio

    How about issuing writ of Mandamus Orly? Forcing Arpaio and Zulo to do their jobs and testify UNDER OATH in one of your cases?

    They are needed. They have to be made to testify. They just have to do it or it looks bad that they wont.

    Maybe Mandamus is the anser?
