Russian TV Reveals Details About Obama’s Birth Certificate And Ineligibility.

Most of the details released in this video are lightly dismissed, or not reported at all, by General Electric’s NBC (GEC), by ABC, CBS and CNN as “hate” and “prejudice”. Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate, retrieved from Kenya by a mission commissioned by Orly Taitz, is still unknown to a significant number of Americans, who have been told this is simply a conspiracy theory. Conspiracy theory or not, there is only one footprint in the world that matches the biometric evidence of a footprint on that Kenyan birth certificate.
After many hoaxes, intended to mislead and dissuade people seeking the truth about Obama birthplace, the Obama Administration released a birth certificate which could not have been produced by the fixed-spacing teletypes used in the time of Obama’s birth, because the characters do not line up. Moreover, the language used to fill out the birth certificate (i.e. “African”) was not in use at that time.
Russian TV’s take on this is that the military personnel, who obey Obama’s orders, are subject to prosecution, in foreign countries, as war criminals, owing to the illegitimacy of his presidency. This is no longer just a matter of whether it’s politically correct to overlook provisions and requirements of the Constitution, as we’ve been asked to do by Obama several times. In that Russia is a powerful government with far reaches to other governments who are enemies of America, it could present an unnecessary and undue peril to all American service personnel abroad. This is a consideration that, not only Obama, but each and every American should take into deep consideration, especially those who have family and friends serving in the active military.
The notion that military personnel should be vigilant and cognizant, as to whether the orders they are following are lawful orders, harkens back to the Viet Nam war and the military personnel involved in the so-called Mỹ Lai massacre. Pursuant to the actions taken as a result of orders issued by 2nd Lieutenant William Calley, 25 other officers and enlisted men, who believed they were and should be following those orders, and orders from higher echelons, were charged with crimes. It was apparently deemed that William Calley, who claimed that he was following the orders of his superior Captain Ernest Medina, and the other military personnel, were only obligated by Article 92 of the Uniform Code Of Military Justice (UCMJ, Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 47 of the United States Code) to obey lawful orders. Presumably, actions taken outside the realm of obeying lawful orders were deemed to be actions taken of one’s own personal volition.
What Russian TV is saying is that if military personnel are captured outside the United States, their actions may be considered to be the result of unlawful orders, in that Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be the President of the United States, and therefore they are acting of their own volition: not as military combatants in a war, but as war criminals. Whether that is true or not is likely to be significantly less important, to families of military personnel, than whether the countries that might capture American military personnel deem that it is true.
This report focuses on Major Stephen Cook but he is just one highly publicized example and there are and have been others, at least 200 others according to this report.
Beyond the issue of military personnel being taken prisoner as war criminals, without even the possibility of benefit of the provisions of the Geneva convention (to the extent military personnel would be availed of those provisions anyway), there are the additional issues of the acting Commander-in-Chief’s (Obama’s) apparent lack of patriotism and loyalty to a Constitutional America.
Obama again fails to salute Americans but remembers to salute Russian flag
An example would be the massacre of the covert Seal Team 6, which most were unaware even existed until the Obama Administration released details of their capture and kill of Osama Bin Laden.
Through the course of the Obama Administration, America has been involved in as many as three conflicts at one time, with America’s military personnel enduring the consequences of the Administration’s decisions. Many enlisted personnel are in jail for their actions in the wars, many are dead, officers have been court martialed and discharged, ruining their careers. Many more military are now at-risk of being captured and prosecuted as war criminals and the acting President asserts that “We don’t have time for this kind of silliness.”
It’s not “silliness” when all of America’s active military personnel abroad are at-risk because of a single individual, Mr. Obama: you! America needs to make time to investigate this matter.

Does this undermine American foreign policy, Lady Liberty?

If anything undermines American foreign policy, ‘Insight’, it is having Americans blindly accepting and following a completely unknown Muslim usurper unlawfully occupying the Office of President and Commander in Chief.
It is not only the Marxist Muslim Mobster in our White House, it is the entire U.S. Congress, the DOJ, the Supreme Court, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Media.
If every other nation in the world knows that we are being led to our own destruction by an ineligible usurper, but the American people and the Military do not, then I’m sure you can figure out who is undermining American foreign policy.
Only the brain-dead cannot.

Right, Neil. That’s why it’s good that Orly demeans the United States to Russian television, and tells Pravda that American society is more corrupt than Russian society.
Good point. I didn’t see it before.
