    Dr Taitz,

    what do you know about the so called Kenyan Certificate ?

    I recall first hearing about it from an article from

    investigative reporter, Wayne Madsen, from the Madsen

    Report. Then some how Joseph Farah at WND jumped in on it.

    I was wondering if Jerome Corsi or Wayne Madsen went after it first.

    Any thoughts ?

    i related through a few people that I would like forensic experts to review it prior to bidding with a non-disclosure agreement. It didn’t happen. I don’t know if it is genuine

    Dr. Orly, I have a question.

    Every legal case in Hawaii deals with obtaining Barry’s Birth Certificate and currently hitting road blocks. However, what about the Civil court records and sworn affidavits? In other words, it is widely believed that Barry’s mother most likely gave a sworn affidavit attesting to the birth of Barry. According to Hawaii law, when doing so, you must have a Civil hearing on the matter (most likely in Family court and/or Hospital Administration) and Civil hearings/rulings are in fact a matter of public record. Hawaii also states that the birth of the child must be made public: i.e…”the name of the child shall be made public by advertising in the newspaper for 3 consecutive weeks…” Bankruptcy is another example of public records, the Civil Court cannot and will not allow you to make it private, other than remove your SS. I don’t believe anyone (lawyers) have taken this angle. If someone could get a copy of the Civil hearing, then it would be clear what is on his Birth Certificate without obtaining it.

    Also, when I conducted a Hawaii search on housing (also public information), the house comes up as the owners : Michelle Obama and Barry Obama, not Barack…

    Just a thought.
