Dear Dr. Taitz,
I just finished watching Hannity on Fox tonight, Monday, Oct 17, 2011.
The last five minutes one of the people on the three person panel was arguing about Obama and the birth certificate and that the tea party wanted Obama to show it.
And Hannity stated;
“He (Obama) has not shown his birth certificate because he was born in KENYA.”
Again, it was at the last part (five minutes) of the show. Hannity said it real fast, so you have to listen carefully.

Today Greta Von Susteren provided an audio tape of a phone town hall meeting with Donald Trump and Michelle Bachmann, where Trump stated that he is proud, that he pressured Obama in producing a document, Obama didn’t want to produce and Trump believes, that someone needs to continue pursuing this issue (meaning continue pushing to see the original documents and verifying authenticity).
I am asking my supporters to contact Trump and seek his support and financial support for my legal work and my campaign for the US Senate against Diane Feinstein, so I can bring forward this and other issues. The BC is an evasion of the jist of the matter. The real basis for our protest is that Obama is not eligible to be POTUS, with our without a valid US BC. The mans father held British Citizenship, and was governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948. That same British Law governed the Citizenship of his Children, effectively awarding natural born citizenship status to Obama by the British Government at birth by right of descent, an inheritance that nobody has ever denied.
It does not matter “where” the usurper was born, all that matters is that Barak Hussein Obama is not, and never was, a natural born citizen of the United States. Obama was awarded citizenship under the 14th Amendment to our Constitution, as the child of a foreign born person, who never had any intent to permanently reside in the USA. His fathers citizenship precludes any possibility that Obama could ever be a natural born citizen, that fact is confirmed in Minor v. Happersett.

When you read the stamp on the LF BC, it states that it may be a “true copy or abstract” of information on hand in the DOH in Hawaii.
Abstract would explain the way the BC appears to be altered. Pieces and parts of other documents used to create the long form for Obama. The record on file does not necessarily have to be the truth, only “on hand”. All they need is a sworn statement from Obama saying he was born in the Hospital to conclude that he was born there. That statement would be consistent with the theory that the long form birth certificate actually is an abstract of information that the DOH has on file in Hawaii. It doesnt have to be the truth, and nobody swears to that.
From that point, all they need to do is patch it all together to generate a document.

If you tuned into On The Record with Greta yesterday evening he was on a joint telephone townhall with Michelle Bachmann. He was responding to a question and talked about how he left the race when he was on top and that the other candidates should learn from him because he went after China, bringing manufacturing jobs back to America and questioning Obama on his birth certificate which he ultimately forced Obama to present something that the fraud didn’t want to willingly release.
Then he added that someone should continue looking further into it because something is fishy there.

The question is simple:
1) Do the people of the United States have a “Right to Know” of their elected officials legal qualifications, or
2) We the people have no right to know and none of our business?
The question is not difficult. Which side are you on? Right to know or none of your business?

Unfortunatley Hannity stated that he grew up in Kenya….Not Born…but that in itself is big for Hannity to say, IO wonder if he got himself in trouble.

I didn’t hear Hannity say that, but I believe it.
It’s amazing how someone like Hannity, that seems to be so informed about politics, and really despises Obama and his regime, doesn’t know the basic facts on this issue! And Huckabee said the same damned thing last year!
None of us think Obama “grew up in” Kenya.
What are all these fools, like O’Reilly, Levine, Mathews, Odonnel, Coulter, Rove, Maddow, and the rest going to say when this all comes out in the end? How will they recover from this complete embarrassment of egg on their faces?
Maybe Glenn Beck’s head will finally really “blow up”!
