Re. EMERGENCY FOIA REQUEST

Dear Secretary of State Clinton,

Undersigned Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, is submitting to you this emergency request under Freedom Of Information Act  5USC§552 for access to and expert examination of  any and all passport applications  and    identification documents submitted together with the passport applications for Barack Hussein Obama II .

Undersigned is making this emergency request for following reasons:

1. Undersigned is an attorney, representing some 200 plaintiffs, among them multiple members of the U.S. military, state representatives and a former UN ambassador and Presidential candidate Alan Keyes.

During an oral argument in the Obama eligibility case in the  9th Circuit Court of Appeals in Barnett, Keyes, et al v Obama et al, where attorney Orly Taitz represented the Plaintiffs -Appellants, assistant U.S. Attorney David DeJutte argued that the case needed to be dismissed due to the fact, that Mr. Obama proved his eligibility for the U.S. Presidency by publishing an alleged certified copy of his 1961 original long form birth certificate.

2. Taitz received multiple affidavits from experts, showing that the alleged certified copy is a computer generated forgery. (Exhibits 1,2, 3)

3. Mr. Obama posted on line his 2009 tax returns. Originally he did not flatten the computer file of the above returns and it showed his full social security number 042-68-4425, issued in the state of Connecticut. (Exhibit 4)

4. SSS.gov official Selective service is showing him using the same CT social Security number. (Exhibit 5)

5. Mr. Obama was never a resident of CT.

6. E- verify and SSNVS show that the Social Security number, that Mr. Obama is using was never assigned to him.(Exhibit 6, 7)

7. The state of HI Department of Health refused to allow access to the original birth certificate and authenticity of the certified copy of the alleged birth certificate for Mr. Obama was never verified, while actions of the Director of  Health of the State of HI Loretta Fuddy are suspicious at best and criminal at worst.

8. We have an unprecedented breach of the U.S. National Security in that an individual without a valid Social Security number and without a valid birth certificate is occupying the position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief.

Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ is respectfully asking Secretary Clinton to grant this emergency FOIA request  to allow access to the passport records of Mr. Obama in light of irrefutable, undeniable evidence of fraud, forgery, uttering of forged documents, elections fraud and social security fraud, committed in relation to preparation of documents, currently used by Mr. Obama.

    You didn’t mention in the letter what the emergency is.

    You should better explain the emergency and the fact that we need this information IMMEDIATELY. Under the circumstances, do the ordinary time limits apply in a Freedom of Information case like this? Also, Judge Lamberth deciding against you in Astrue should e considered part of the emergency. Let Judge Lambert know he is partially responsible for this situation.

    If there was anyone who wished Obama was not able to be President more than Clinton, stand up.
