Laguna Niguel attorney and dentist Orly Taitz was today denied a federal court order that the state of Hawaii show her President Barack Obama‘s birth certificate, according to TV station KHON 2′s website. It’s hardly Taitz’s first rejection in her bid to prove Obama’s presidency is illegitimate, but rather than give a recap let me just offer some recent headlines and links:

   As of today, your hearing is still schedule for November 21st. If there’s no ruling for the motion to dismiss by then, you’re not going to get anywhere in that hearing. And we all know that Lamberth will deny your motion and if he does before that hearing, your case will go no where.

   You’re dead in the water. Up the creek without a paddle so to speak. No one is really interested in covering you anymore. Only one article on your last Hawai’i hearing and the brief coverage from the television station.

   No. Someone needs to stick a fork in ya. You’re done… 🙂

   A couple of years ago, I had email correspondence with Martin Wiskol of the Orange County Register which was formerly VERY much libertarian and had an honest editorial policy. I’ve lived in Orange County since the mid 1940’s and have — until Wiskol came along, been a subscriber to that paper. Wiskol is the consumate leftist liberal in that he will NOT refute FACTS but has NO logical, verifiable alternative to offer. He has disparaged and ridiculed Dr. Taitz and all “birthers” ad hominum without ever recognizing the CONSTITUTIONAL MERITS. Just like the staff at FAUX News; he refused to even discuss the allegations ON THEIR MERITS.
   No wonder that the formerly popular paper — owned by “Freedom Publications”, is in the pits. Michael Savage is spot-on when he says, “Liberalism is a mental disorder.”

   I think we might be going about this the wrong way.
   We know his half sister has a fake Hawaiian BC. We know where she was born, but she has a BC from Hawaii. It has to be fake.
   What made up laws exist to protect hers from inspection?
   Examine and expose her BC as fake, and then extrapolate the result onto Bongo. Use her known fraudulent BC as precedent for needing his examined.

   My assumption has always been newspaper employees were literate. OCR shows that is not always the case.

   You never know where their heads are when they “report”.
   I do have a strong suspicion that it does not smell very nice.

   you don’t get it. I can’t get the sister’s BC, as it is private. She is a private citizen. Obama released the certified copy of his, it was referred to by the US attorneys in their arguments, so this gives me the right to examine the original in lieu of the copy

    You are correct that Barry’s sister has a Hawaiian BC, but wasn’t born in the United States. But SHHHHHHH, you shouldn’t have said something like that! The Obots have enough to do, trying to defend the lying Usurper in the White House. Now they’ll have to waste more of the little valuable brain power they have left on trying to make up excuses for little sis!

    Had they taken your advice and given up due to the courts lack of justice, Politicians unwilling to stand up, then certainly justice would have never been served.
