I want everybody, who has sent letters, dossiers, who has sent faxes, e-mails, who called the department of Justice, Eric Holder and didn’t get a response, to send me hand written letters or typed notarised letters, i would like to bring it to court as evidence.

    Hi Orly,
    I just got back from the bank and post office. I mailed a notarized statement to you regarding the number of times I’ve called Holder’s office. I hope you’ll get it by Saturday, and if you ever have any questions for me, just email me and I will call you…whatever is easiest for you. God Bless.

    I recently mailed to you my certified mail receipt from the packet I mailed to Holder and others; however, I’ll mail you a letter as well.

    We as a society have done away with obedience, you can not allow people to not keep the law. We are requesting a Quo Warranto for President Obama.

    We are asking Mr. Obama if he is natural born and is qualified to be President as our Constitution now reads. If the Court will hear his case and decide this issue and provide rules as to natural born requirements it will settle this urgent matter for the future
    Presidents and the citizens of this country.

    Your principles can be wonderful but without laws there is no peace, only division and confusion. Justice comes by the rule of law. All men are created equal but integrity, honesty and freedom must be earned by obeying the Law.

    Mr. Obama, a Harvard grad and a Constitutional law teacher, knows he is not a natural born citizen but he did not want to obey the law. He has put the U.S.A. in a crisis by his choice to not obey the natural born clause in the Constitution. He is deceiving the public about his being natural born. He signed sworn statements for almost every state in the U.S.A. saying he is natural born. His father was a U.K. citizen (dual allegiance at birth) Mr. Obama has this fact on his web site.

    Without laws and judges who cannot be bribed, America is just another 3rd world country ruled by a Dictator who just didn’t want to obey the law!

    Please help save America for all our children. My heart cries and my eyes fill with tears over the way we have become such a lawless country. May you have strength and great wisdom concerning this matter.

    Here is a letter sent by snail mail directly to Chief Justice Roberts, trying to soften him up for alleged illegality of Obama’s presidency, and the FBI clearing him for the highest of security clearances.

    Re: President Barack Hussein Obama

    Dear Chief Justice Roberts,

    With humble apologies, I appeal to your position at the very peak of America’s defense of our most precious document, to punish those who violate the laws written therein. I beg you to reflect upon your sworn duty in deciding whether to examine and investigate those who would mock specific Constitutional laws. The mockery I refer to manifests in violations and the casting aside of specific laws clearly spelled out to which all political candidates must comply. While millions of Americans have accepted this disgraceful activity as normal political behavior, it has become paramount in the minds of millions of others that if these violations are allowed to continue unchallenged, eventual destruction of our beloved America and the sovereignty on which it is based will be the dreadful result. Federal judges, in their defense of the perpetrator, have dismissed harshly all claims against his violations. Several judges have threatened to order prospective plaintiffs to pay the perpetrator’s legal fees if further claims are filed. This could be interpreted as the Judicial branch taking over the duties of other branches of our government.

    I am fully aware, Chief Justice, of your encounter with the California attorney, a genuine patriot in my opinion, who pleaded with you to read the documents she submitted to you some time ago. Please realize that lady is seriously concerned, as am I and millions of other Americans, about the man who lied to those committees chartered to investigate each candidate who applies as a nominee for president. The lady, may also have informed you that evidence is mounting which brings into question Mr. Obama’s American citizenship. I also have found evidence of that possibility. He refuses to settle the issue as only he can. The fact is, Mr. Obama has asked the Director of the Health Department in Hawaii to forbid others access to those archives where his alleged “live birth certificate” is located. Millions of Americans believe Mr. Obama has a “fictitious birth certificate” filed in those archives. Further, this Director has hired two people to guard the archives closet, to prevent anyone from entering. I believe, sir, that you have the power and sufficient reason to subpoena that certificate.

    My most serious concern is not the alleged illegality of our president to hold office. Rather, I am deeply concerned as to how the FBI saw fit to grant Mr. Obama the highest security clearance in the land, allowing him access to America’s most sensitive information. Clearly, the FBI investigators became familiar with this man, his travels, his associates, his birth place, his activity from the time he matriculated at Occidental College in California under a deserving foreigner’s qualifying for free tuition, right on up to his activities in Chicago. My experience with applying for and being granted a secret clearance prompts me to question whether Mr. Obama’s credentials satisfied all FBI criteria to handle and observe all information to which a president would be subjected. The granting of this extremely delicate security clearance demands a review by our Supreme Court, with key FBI individuals bought before the court to defend their decision.

    Chief Justice Roberts, you and your associates, constitute the only legitimate means to decide once and for all time whether Barack Hussein Obama is in fact qualified to occupy our highest office. The decisions he is now making, and the direction his plans appear to be taking us seem to be a total “departure” from our sovereignty. If you decide that he has illegally entered our political process for the highest office in our land, all Americans have the right to know. You, me and indeed all Americans love the legacies our founders left us, many have given the ultimate sacrifice to protect those legacies, and we beseech you, kind sir, to preserve them.
