Orly why do you even digniy this person’s comments with a response?

Can’t you see he’s probably a black Muslim commie terrorist or part of the weather underground or something?

Stay strong, Orly, and don’t let these Obots get you down.

This address originates in Dekalb, Illinois, assigned to a Comcast Cable Communications customer. The commenter is a customer there or the surrounding cities, but no further information is possible without Comcast’s cooperation.

When a comment is criminal, or happens to call a lady by a disgusting and unchivalrous term, they will be exposed to the extent possible.

    Cheers!

can someone get this info from comcast?

My trace timed out after .dekalb.il.chicago.comcast.net
there may be more to the story

The request to Comcast should probably come from you, as owner of the account:
    abuse@comcast.net

Orly, I agree with Proud American—You are just what he called you. You have people your blog calling the POTUS a bastard. Since you claim to know so much about our Constitution, check out the 1st Amendment.

    Orly,

Be aware that some people, though trying to help, don’t know enough about this topic to help. Mar, I mean no offense, but your “trace” would easily time out with a firewall configured to drop ping packets. And the thing is, the person you were “tracing” almost certainly isn’t even the same person. Most IPs are dynamic, so they are assigned to many different people over time.

And there is no more to the story. The server this comes back to is not a tor or other proxy server. If someone at Comcast were inclined to look up this ip at the time the comment was made, they would have a name, address, and phone number.

    Wiltion,
That’s pretty funny. It’s always great when someone tries to call someone out on lack of knowledge and they’re the one who is wrong. The first amendment is a prohibition that applies to the government. It has never applied to private property or someone’s website. Do you really think if someone walks into your house and starts screaming obscenities that you must let them because that is their right?

    Scaramouche,

    you are completely right.

    The sentence

“More delusional ranting from the BiC (Bitch in Chief)”

would be a crime in many European countries as
a libel per se because of the word “bitch”.

It would be a crime as well to call someone a “traitor” as Mrs. Taitz does routinely.

As far as I understand the laws are different in the US of A. People have the right to call ladies by a disgusting and unchivalrous term.

Scaramouche, you’re wrong. I have the right to call Orly a bitch as much as Orly has the right to call President Obama anything she wants. You and everybody else are free to ignore my comments, and Orly doesn’t have to post them. My comment was private, and Orly could have ignored it, but she chose to approve it and make it public so she could incite some kind of action. Sorry, long sentence. Assuming she’s a lawyer, she would know that I have not broken any laws and that I have exercised my 1st amendment rights.

    Wiltion,

Until the proper agency/authority in Hawaii confirms that Obama’s parents were in fact married, “bastard” (an illegitimate/born out of wedlock child) is an appropriate/truthful thing to call him.

    September 4th, 2011 @ 7:53 am

    @Proud American,

The 1st Amendment does indeed give you the right to call anyone whatever you want, but the U.S. Code gives anyone the right to sue you for libel/slander if you call them something they don’t like — and if they win you pay.

“can someone get this info from comcast?”

You have to bring a lawsuit in Illinois against the John Doe offender and then, in conjunction with that suit, subpoena the information from Comcast.

    Racer Jim,

And you’re a redneck, white bread, chickenshit motherfucker.

  13. Scaramouche

There sure is a lot of hatred, sexism, and racism on the left.

Have you considered that since your internet traffic is going through Europe, each country along the way has jurisdiction for a libel suit? You talk about the 1st amendment then try to make use of it through Europe…

Their courts are notoriously easy to win a slander/libel suit in.

Calling somebody a bitch is NOT libelous. Get a grip.

I am amused at the railings of the men
(and some unfettered women) when they
are intent on insulting an upstanding
outstanding lady, with the term ‘bitch.’

For one thing, most women have a wee bit
of that trait in their personality. It
often manifests when faced with ignorance
    and undue harassment.

For instance, as an educator, there were
a few recalcitrant students who, in
childish rebellion, would decide I was
a ‘bitch’ and they were so right; a bitch
    for a reason.

School children are, in many cases, still
    immature, without fully developed
brains, so they act out with ‘name-calling.’

(Just as we are seeing on this blog)

I am positive that the men who have labeled
our Dr. Taitz as a ‘bitch’ have wives, relatives, and/or girl friends who fit that category, but, sadly, are not as well-educated or professionally trained as she.

RACIST? Well, now, there is a stretch.

In this day and age, racism is a mis-nomer.

Either you are of the minorities: black, hispanic, oriental,or Indian, etc. and a good, patriotic citizen…
    OR
you are of one of the minorities, and a loser, intent to deceive the populace with purposeful lies and/or uneducated misconceptions of reality.

Now, being a ‘bitch’ isn’t all bad.

I see it as a portrayal of a person who
may have gone above and beyond the
call of duty, at the expense of her
own personal life, to do what is
    right and true.

(Similar to teaching rebellious kids who don’t want to learn grammar, reading, writing, arithmetic.)

When the history books are written,
and Obama and his umpteen minions,
too many to list here, are tossed
    into their judgment hour,
    THEN
it will be the woman who faced down
the dragons of our society, who will
be given her reward by our Creator.

She must know this. Evil has always
been on Earth.. and Good will triumph
when the last pages are written.

Gee Wiltion, you forgot to call Racer Jim a CRACKER!
But I’m so glad you didn’t! Somebody might have mistaken you for a racist.
