Not long ago Obama was fighting GOP not to have public hearings in November on the issue of raising debt ceiling due to Obama’s insane spending.
Now he wishes, it was debt ceiling on the agenda in November. Why so?
Federal Judge for the US district court for the District of Hawaii Susan Oke-Mollway moved my motion hearing to compel production of Obama’s original birth certificate for expert inspection to November 21, 9:30 am in front of magistrate judge Richard Puglisi. So, now right before Thanksgiving, the whole country and media will be talking about Obama’s fraudulent use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 and about his use of computer generated forgery instead of a valid birth certificate. He really wishes it was his drunken sailor spending we were talking about, as at least being moron on the issues of economy is not criminal, you don’t go to prison for being a moron and spending this nation into oblivion. Using stolen Social Security number and a forged birth certificate is criminal, for which he can be moved in handcuffs from the White House to the Big House.
Happy thanksgiving Mr. Obama! (or should I say Happy Ramadan?)

I greatly appreciate the effort being put forth to expose this illegal president that is Barrack Hussein Obama, and I would like to add a little excursion; if I may, into the depths of the 14th Amendment and what the writers said about it during the debates surrounding it. You see, according to the 14th Amendment which the Liberals love to use as a means to grant anyone born in this Great Country Citizenship and the problem with that is….as long as at least one parent holds allegiance to another country i.e. BHO’s father being a citizen of Kenya, then that child IS NOT A NATURALIZED CITIZEN and therefore would ultimately be ineligable for holding the office of President of the United States of America according to the Constitution.

Please explain the oxymoronic and a posteriori fatal logic of Lamberth and how that does not “dead stop” the purview of the court in HI? Obama contaminated it from the top, how can you continue this case? Why is this just like the 180 degree reversal as in the quisling(Marine) Carter from June to September.

I was kind of down after reading Lamberth (noted I didn’t address his as judge, that is a title of honor), kind of put a kink in your work.
Since I am not an attorney, I don’t understand the November meeting. If you cannot inspect the supposed birth certificate, what is going to be done

Ezxp;laining further: being a naturalIZED citizen grants full citizenship, BUT it does NOT fulfill the Constitutional requirement to BE A NATURAL — NO “ized”, citizen. There is NO question of anotther, foreign, country being able to make a “claim” on a person’s citizenship when BOTH parents are American citizens AND THEIR child is BORN ON American soil.
John McCain was born IN PANAMA CITY — in the Nation of Panama and Panama therefore has a claim on his citizenship. Our corrupt House of Reprexentatives attempted to AMEND THE CONSTITUTION by legislative fiat and THAT, in itself, IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The Republican Party, its RNC and incumbent Congresspersons are NOW promoting the likes of Bobby Jindal and Marco Rubio –BOTH OF WHOM ARE NOT NATURAL BORN CITIZENS.
God’s intervention is a must because WE, the People, can NOT depend upon those who are NOW BETRAYING us and THEIR Oath of Allegiance/ Office.

Well I am disappointed in the Judges position of “re-scheduling”. I believe this is a stall tatic and I would have object to Nov and asked for an earlier date Oct. This putting off and putting off is working to the usurpers advantage. I am so proud and glad that you are sticking to this like glue. I wish there were more like you Orly ! FYI Obama was adopted, became a citizen of Indonesia (which does not allow duel citizenship) so Obama would have no longer had U.S. citizenship. Then he returned to HI and failed to ever get ‘naturalized’. He went through school with his new legal name, Barry Soetoro, and used funds provided for foreign students. When he entered college, he thought Barack Hussein Obama was a more mature name to use, so he just started using it. He has been an illegal alien since returning from Indonesia. Everything was good until he wanted to enter politics. That is when he needed a SSN to put on the post dated Sel Serv App, to establish his identity as Obama. Bill Ayers helped perfect that identity by writing those two books for him. There is NO OBAMA. He is a fake using fraudulent documents to establish his existence. He is STILL Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia, illegal alien. If there is a BC in HI, it could be an amended one that shows his adoption and legal name being Barry Soetoro. I hope we find out Nov 21. THANK YOU ORLY FOR ALL YOU DO! America is in your debt!

Something was gong on with the issue of eligibility when the Congress passed that phony resolution about McCain being eligible. I suspect/believe the scam was on at that point. How many people even were aware of that resolution? There is something very huge in this matter as given by the court decisions, the Supreme court, the Congress, the beauraucratic personal involved, the media including Fox, all moving to destroy he message and the messengers.

Maybe you should plum the depths of spell check before you try the 14th amendment.
As was pointed out earlier, it is natural born citizen; naturalized citizen being something completely different. Where in the 14th amendment does the 2 parent requirement show itself? I have never seen that requirement. Check out Wong v Ark U.S 1899 for further clarification. Hope that helps.

What James says is a point that is often overlooked.
I believe the fix was in right then and there. I’ve heard McCain was NOT born on that military base in Panama,but off base, making him technically ineligible for the presidency.
So Mr.RINO made a backroom deal with both sides to allow him and Barry to breeze by, while drawing the dogs off of that birth certificate in Hawaii.
I think this is why no politician will touch the subject. It’s all orders from the top down. They ignore the social security issue because it goes hand in hand with the birth certificate.
Does everyone seriously think the liberals would ignore an issue like this if it was a conservative Republican’s problem. NO WAY! They would be all over this like Obama on the golf course! It would be their number one issue!!!!

There was a small Navy hospital on the Coco Solo Navy Air Station/Coco Solo Submarine Base in 1936. Navy Captain William Lorne Irvine was director of that hospital in 1936. McCain’s birth certificate is signed by Captain W. L. Irvine. “Coco Solo Navy Hospital”, a much larger hospital, was built in 1941.

After requesting and obtaining a copy of McCain’s original long-form bc the U.S. Senate did in fact pass a non-binding resolution saying McCain was a “natural born Citizen.”, and one of the signators was none other than your litte boy wonder Soetoro, aka Soebarkah, aka Obama.
I won’t say all of Congress is complicit in the Soetoro/Soebarkah/Obama thing but I will say that the members of the Senate who requested and obtained McCain’s BC and passed a non-binding resolution saying he was a “natural born Citizen” definitely are complicit because they didn’t do the same thing to/for Soetoro aka Soebarkah aka Obama.
Boy, really now. Face the irrefuteable facts/truth. I know it will be difficult if not impossible, but take a stab at it anyway.

The former unincorporated territory of the Panama Canal Zone and its related military facilities were NOT regarded as United States territory at the time of McCain’s birth in 1936. But 8U.S.C.$1403 which became law in 1937, retroactively conferred CITIZENSHIP on individuals born within the Canal Zone, on or after Feb. 26, 1904.
Note that the law conferred CITIZENSHIP, but not NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP. Since McCain is technically a citizen of Panama as well as the U.S. , it would have to be adjudicated whether or not he is a natural born citizen.
Here is where it gets messy. Congress knows Obama has a problem with his eligibility also, so rather than go through everything the hard way, and possibly lose one or both of the candidates, a deal is made. The Senate comes up with the hearing “investigating” McCain’s eligibility, then puts forth Senate Resolution 511. This takes the attention off of Obama, and puts the issue behind them enough to proceed with the election.
Senate Resolution 511, which states that the Senate deems McCain to be a “Natural Born Citizen”, is non-binding, which means it isn’t worth the paper its printed on, but it does the trick. Afterwards, the issue of eligibility is radioactive to all of Congress, which is why I believe a a deal was made to stay away from it.
