while the 11 th circuit created an appearance of impartiality, which allows the police in AL and GA to check the immigration status of individuals, who are detained on criminal charges, they disallowed verification of immigration status papers in all other circumstances.

Today, with young graduate unemployment being at 50%, similar unemployment among minorities, and states and cities going bankrupt, the decision by the 11th circuit will rob more American citizens of their jobs and the states of badly needed funding.

I would like to remind you that the 11h Circuit Court of Appeals was the one that rubber stamped the decision by Clay D. Land to be criminally complicit and cover up forgery and fraud and a stolen SSN in Obama’s records and to attack me with sanctions for daring to represent active members of the military against Obama

I believe, as the poverty in this nation is rising, unemployment and indebtness is rising, the states might decide “enough is enough”.

    Why brother to even have IMMIGRATION LAWS if there are FEDERAL APPEALS COURTS that just ignore the IMMIGRATION LAWS.

    Do those Appeals Court went the ILLEGAL ALIENS TO completely OVERRUN this Once Great Country of our, and put the MAJORITY of AMERICANS out of WORK? That’s what’s going to happened if the INFLUX of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION isn’t CURBED.

    What has happened to “LADY JUSTICE” in a lot of our COURTS, has SHE VANISHED, or is She it just taking a VACATION?
