Larry Fenton-(R) establishes himself asthe clear choice for State Senate – District 11

 

District 11 consists of Papakolea,Punchbowl, Manoa, Makiki, Tantalus, most areas in 96822 zip code.

 

One long term incumbent politiciandown, one to go!  The primary election held last weekend has shownthat the voters have a short fuse when it comes to our incumbentpoliticians remaining in office.    34 years in public office was notenough for Carol Fukunaga-(D) to retain her state senate seat.  OnlyBrian Taniguchi-(D), 32 years in public office, remains to go on tothe general election in November  vs. Larry Fenton-(R), the clearchoice to challenge the status quo.  As the Republican candidate forState Senate Fenton garnered 30% more votes in the primary than hispredecessor two years earlier.  This bodes well for challengersacross the board and is a clear indication the voters want change. Fenton has established momentum going in to the general election andsees a victory in the works.  “Hawai’i voters have clearlyindicated a desire to rock the boat and their patience is wearingthin when it comes to incumbent politicians.”

Larry Fenton has pledged to upholdhis convictions, principles, and core beliefs in support of voters inSenate District 11.  “If you believe in civil liberty, individualfreedom, lower taxes, and reduced regulation in Hawai’i stategovernment I ask you to join me in challenging the status quo.  Givefreedom a chance!”
