Reply from the department of Justice is nothing short of the worst case in the US history of aiding and abetting Social Security fraud, election fraud and treason.
Their 6 page reply says the same thing all over again: they are claiming, that such release of the ss-5 application form for the Connecticut Social Security number 04268-4425 will invade the privacy of an individual and there is no public interest. They believe, that a criminal sitting in the White House with a fraudulently obtained Social Security number and invalid birth certificate does not constitute the matter of public interest. This shows such utter corruption in the department of Justice, that not only these US attorneys need to be fired, they need to be criminally prosecuted together with Obama.
I have already submitted the Social Security Verification Systems form, that shows that the number in question was not assigned, so how can one violate privacy of an individual, if the number was not assigned.
At this point all I can hope for, is that judge Lamberth actually reads the pleadings and that he is not as corrupt as the U.S. attorneys representing the commissioner of the Social Security administration.

need to make an ethics complaint on the DOJ atty…he swore an oath to uphold the US Constitution…which means…his duty is to prosecute criminal behavior…and enforce the laws of the land…not evade thier enforcement…no act as the personnal representative of one barry soetoro aka barak hussein….

How dare you state that about Orly, she is more of a citizen than any of you obots ou there that made statements here. We are now in a life-and-death struggle between the Constitution and ISLAM. It behooves all Americans to reflect on their freedoms, freedoms so dearly won, yet so easily lost.
For all of you that take our Constitution for granite, you should be ashamed of yourselves. This man that is in my White House is not an American Citizen, nor does he have any of my respect…We are a Country of freedom and Constitional Laws, that are not be abided by, because of this usurper we have in office…God will win this one, its just a matter of time before you all go down.

You are so correct. Orly, having come from a communist country, know exactly what it is like to live in a communist country. Having that knowledge is why she does what she does because she knows what a communist country should be like. Once Orly expels the usurper, we can all experience what Orly has lived through. It is patriots like Orly that want us to live in a closed society.

Obots, if you are so sure of the great pretenders credentials you should be the ones calling for full disclosure. I wonder how long it will take you to call for full disclosure of Marco Rubio’s natural born status since his parents are Cuban and were not naturalized until he was 4 yrs old. If Rubio is allowed to run and wins you will have a tough time justifying your current state of denial. The truth will prevail.

John M, both Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal were born on US soil. Assuming they are both at least 35 years of age, they are both absolutely eligible to run for and serve as President of the United States. Maybe you should actually give the US Constitution a read – it’s great stuff!
