 “Legal Times” wanted to report on one litle setback, an order by Judge Lamberth to temporarily seal one of my pleadings. They have not reported yet anything about Obama’s use in his selective service certificate of the CT SSN 042-68-4425 and the letter from the Social Security, stating, that this number was never assigned to him.
Ironically this one temporary sealing from the public of one document, which they want to report on, but which is only a temporary order with no connection to the expected  final    order on the merits, can actually be a silver ligning, a blessing in disguise as it  brakes the controversy  0pen.  Please, contact this reporter (all the info below), demand that they publish the evidence I brought in this case.

Some employees of the DC court are lying to the judge. I kept record of all the phone calls, faxes and e-mails to the DC court and I have multiple witnesses as well. Some employee or employees of the DC court is/are lying and will be held accountable. On 07.21.2011 a fax was accepted in the DC court and was hand carried to the chambers of the chief judge.  Sua sponte decision of the court on 07.21.2011  allowing me to resubmit the opposition was related to the fax received.

I will resubmit the opposition and memorandum   in support of the opposition to motion for summary judgment yet again. It will be done today. Seal means, that you cannot see it on the electronic docket, but the documents are there and will be considered.  The seal will be removed, hopefully tomorrow.

A lot is going on right now. Currently I am concentrating on doing everything I possibly can to inspect the original BC in HI and the original SSA application for Connecticut SSN 042-68-4425, which Obama is fraudulently using. So far there is no formal opposition from HI and the Department of Justice did not file a reply to my opposition brief. Both Attorney General of HI and the US attorney for the District of Columbia are out of time to file.  I am not sure what is the explanation for lack of opposition on their part: maybe, they think that the fix is in or maybe they are afraid to be prosecuted later for the obstruction of Justice and aiding and abetting the SSA fraud or maybe there is some technical glitch.  Another legal action will be filed soon.

 I will provide more information later. It also will be a part of my book, that will be coming out later. The book is tentatively titled “from the queen of the birthers. Secrets and intrigue behind the crime of the century”
Zoe, as you know this latest ruling means nothing. Read information above. I would recommend for you to wait on writing an article until there is an actual ruling regarding Obama’s fraudulent use of the CT social security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him. Judge is supposed to rule, whether to release the application to this social. I served subpoena on the health department in HI to inspect the original bc in light of the fact, that three experts found  the copy posted on the WhiteHouse.com to be a forgery.

Can you find one single expert in the country, who would state, that this garbage posted by Obama on WH.gov is not a forgery? You can’t because it is a flagrant, cheap forgery.

So far the legal times showed zero integrity and acted as an Obama lackey, never reporting on the crime of the century, but seeking some intermediary orders influenced by the manipulations of the clerk, to report on in order to show the civil rights attorneys in bad light and not to report on Obama’s illegitimate usurpation of the White House.

    Zoe Tellmin is just another mouthpiece for the lamestream media. She will be prosecuted along with the rest of the “reporters” and “newspapers” once Obama is forced too leave the Whitehouse in disgrace and handcuffs.

    This is just a bump in the road. Please get those papers filed today and post them here so we can read them.

    I think we should prepare inditements against all of the reporters and other conspiritors NOW. So that we will know whom to put in jail first after Obama is forced out of the Whitehouse.

    Seriously, I am really, really MAD because with all the good work you are doing, I can see only one explanation to what is happening at the court now : for sure, there is someone who is sabotaging your work.

    Dr. Taitz, Not that you need more on your plate….But….Is it possible to press charges for Misprision of Felony against key Government officials or representatives who put a fraudulent and ineligible president in power?

    My name is Brenda Hill in 1989 Wa state became the first in the nation to pass it’s antislapp law. That law was enacted as a direct result of a $100,000 slap suit filled against me. A housewife and mother of 3 under 3.I was also slapped with a “gag order” (tro) my 6 year ordeal was horrendous. As far as I am concerned as long as antislapp’s and so called temporary restraining orders. (to me the term is a joke)Can be filled against any American our system is flawed. I was served at 8pm to appear 12 hours later on the suit and “gag order”. Nearly 6 years later the suit against me grew to 1.2 million. All I wanted was to refinance my home in the process of writing a letter to the dept of Revenue in Olympia. My letter resulted in the largest investigation in the history of my state. At the states request I alone nocked on the doors of over 300 homeowners. The moment the slap’s was filed against me my own state turned their back on me. Refused to respond to my calls and letters. They said “without you we would have never had our investigation. However we can no longer speak to you.” Not only that but any correspondence I had with the state was turned over to the company fighting against me using the freedom of information act. I won my 5 day 1.2 million dollar jury trial. Who was this company I was fighting Robert John Real Estate (Real Estate Attorney Warren Ashmann)Address Ave of the stars. The difference between me and Erin Brochivitch I didn’t have a dime to my name and no one to run to for legal questions or guidance and I walked away without a penny and 6 years of misery.
    What did I learn I didn’t know before at the age of 23. I didn’t know who the governor or legislatures where and didn’t care. Had never registered to vote. From that I met with the Governor testified before the house and senate. Learned that even a housewife like me can make a difference. In spite of all the voices telling me I couldn’t find city hall I did one better I took on my state and the Ave of the stars Los Angelos company.
