Social Security fund is separate from the general fund. SSA commissioner, Geithner and Obama will be committing a massive Social Security fraud, if they do not send SS checks to seniors on Aug 3rd

Just heard Mark Levine on WGST talk radio.  He is a Constitutional lawyer.

He quoted from a U.S. House committee investigative session where it was discovered that the U. S. Treasury will have sufficient funds to pay Social Security and Veterans benefits for the month of August 2011. 
 
So the head of the Social Security Administration was questioned as to how these benefits
would not be paid (Obama had threatened to stop Social Security payments on 3 Aug.).  The committee found that Social Security does not have the authority to issue checks.
 
  The Social Security checks are issued by the Treasury Department headed by Timothy Geithner.  Even Geithner does not have the authority to not issue Social Security unless he is directed by President Obama to not issue the checks.  Pres. Obama alone will be responsible if Social Security checks are not issued starting on August 3, 2011.  Every senior citizen and every American should work to remove this tyrant from the White House in 2012.

Please, call your congressmen and particularly Congressman Sam Johnson -chairman of the sub-committee on  the Social Security administration and Darrell Issa -chairman of the house oversight committee and demand immediate, emergency investigation of the anticipatory breach of the social security contract between the US seniors and the Obama administration.  SSA is a separate fund, it is not broke and would not be broke according to the government until 2037. Obama, Geithner and the commissioner of the SSA Michael Astrue will be committing massive SSA fraud, if they stop SSA checks to the seniors  even threaten the seniors with anticipatory repudiation of SSA contract.

    Obama keeps saying the SS checks might not go out; the military won’t get their checks. HE IS SUCH A LIAR. It is a scare tactic they just keep throwing out there every time they get a mic in their faces, he and Timmy. I hope the American people are not so gullible as to believe those lies.

    Excuse my French, but, does O-Bozo really want to PISS off over 80 million or more seniors and disabled people who paid in to SS all their working lives? If so, he really is a Blithering Idiot, or a real DickTator! Spelling error on purpose.

    There is a chance that checks will not be sent out. If the gov’t is shut down, no one will be available to send out the checks.

    And of course, the first ones sent home will be those at the printing office where the checks are printed (or electronically sent).

    Just the thoughts of a dumb ole (Natural Born Citizen) country boy!

    August 3rd will arrive just like all the other deadlines. Checks will go out, just like they always do. Please turn off the internet for awhile, you’ll be happier. Folks were happier before the internet.

    I just want to know WHY!!!??? this so-called president hasn’t been impeached yet??? We’ve impeached presidents for much less than what this one has done!!! And I feel he has congress in his back pocket…what a bunch of WIMPS!! We need to get rid of them also!!! In my opinion it takes a COWARD to threaten us seniors and of all people “OUR MILITARY!!!!” They are everywhere fighting for us!!! Is this president insane!!???? Just my opinions….

    I hope and pray that I will get my soc ial security chec k on the 3rd and will alway’s get social security. I worked all my life for this help and SS is all I have to live on. If I don’t get one, My utilities, Medipack will not be paid, nothing> and I won;t be able to buy Food. Please don’t cut this out as it is all I have. Thanks

    I hope all of u are right that say we will get our checks in August! I for one do not know what I will do or how I will live being that my SS disability check is all I have to live on!
    I agree, this president should be impeached! I thought his slogan, “Change is Gonna Come” didn’t mean threatening and/or potentially destroying this countries military, seniors and disabled. God, please Bless America!!!

The dumbfuc speaker is the biggest joke I have ever seen, him and Bushy Boy will be dealt with according to the law eventually, other countries have already announced plans for prosecution of many “Republicans” its sink or swim at this point.     This all makes no sense at all…..Why would they not send the seniors/diable people there checks?????? really??? if they stop the checks then they are starting a lot of bull shit and a lot of other issues….let them all cut there pay checks for the months of august so they know how it feel….I am a full time worker, but this hits close due to my daughters father. He is disable and his only check to pay bills….What happened to the US GOVT????
