The time allowed for the defendant to file a reply (if it chooses) begins to run tomorrow. By my calculation that makes the reply brief due by 11:59 PM on August 7.

you are wrong. Their time expired. The opposition brief was not vacated, it was temporarily sealed as to the public. Defendant did not file a reply. It is my understanding, that now it is time for judge Lamberth to decide.
