Orly,

For you. Please feel free to post .

David

Dear Mr. Berg,

I am a USAFR office with over 17 years of service to my country. I can not tell you in words how distressing it is to have a Commander in Chief, if what he has told us is true, not qualified under our constitution to hold that office. This issue obviously presents tremendous ethical and moral challenges to those who wear the uniform and have an oath, not to the President, but to our sacred Constitution.

When I first learned of this I was hopeful that you and other attorneys would be successful in bringing a speedy resolution to the Constitutional crisis we are in at this very moment. I must tell you as well, having placed my hopes in the legal system for a remedy, learning you are suing another attorney fighting for us is nearly as disheartening as the situation itself. Do you understand this?

I know Orly. While your approach from hers differs in style the common goal which you share should override any differences you may have with her. Early on in this endeavor I decided to work with her, not because she is the most experienced, rather because she has the most heart. In battle, it is not always the best equipped army that prevails but the army that fights with the Armor of their convictions and the  heart of a Spartan.

Orly is quite understandable when you consider what a nightmare this must be for her; to see tyranny she escaped from again threatening to extinguish the light of freedom that brought her to our shores. If nothing else, where is your compassion? If a man rules the world but lacks compassion for his brethren he is NOTHING. Should he win the battle and not mourn the loss of the life of his enemy he will lose his very soul. It is not nor ever should it be just about winning. Put yourself in her place, after all she is not even your enemy and is fighting with everything she has for us.

When I originally decided to write to you my thought was to ask you to drop the lawsuit against her. After considering the price that Soldiers are required to pay to ensure our Constitution is defended, I now do not consider it too much to ask that you also help us in any way possible. I believe it is ones actions that define the person. I am convinced that your actions to my request will define you and your commitment not only to the Law but to those whose are sworn to defend it. I will understand if it is not in your power to help us and will not hold prejudice toward you but to continue to put yet another obstacle in front of us is not excusable.

V/R

I personally wish all the players would get together — together in strength we win, but divided we fall.

However, until then there are only two I support. Our own Dr. Orly and Andy Martin.

You put into words everything I wanted to say to Mr. Berg, but you did it much more eloquently. I agree with absolutely everything that you said.

    Col Earl-Graef,

My husband is retired Air Force, and I agree w/ you in that Obama is ineligible to be the Commander-in-Chief of our Armed Forces. I also stand w/ u in your support of Orly.

I agree that Mr. Berg should join forces w/ Orly in the joint fight against Obama rather than attempt to slow her down w/ a frivolous lawsuit. It is highly suspect. Either Mr. Berg has a serious ego problem, or he’s been bought out by the thugs. I sure hope he just has a bruised ego… Regardless, he needs to stop this nonsense and get over it.

i PERSONALLY do not think orly should join forces with berg. I think berg has either been threatened or paid off by obama or the people who pull his strings. If berg has inside information what orly is doing he could report to the thug administration and eventually halt what orly has accomplished to this point. Berg should be sent millions of letters to back of orly then orly should persue at full speed as she has been. I feel lady liberly along with the people that are helping can do better without berg. Just my opinion. I WOULD like for some good attorneys, judges, law enforcement officers donate to help her. If people that have been threatened by obama (like ron polarik) would testify that he was indeed threatened or paid off to back off the eligibility issue then orly could suceed.

Col. de Graef, that was a very moving letter. Very, very well written. I believe that Berg has either 1) an ego problem; or 2) an agenda. If he was really interested in getting the usurper out of the White House, he ought to work WITH Orly, instead of against her. And by “working with her”, I don’t mean ordering her around and acting like he’s superior. He’s not.

The long post from MP is excellent and raises a good question: can thousands of military members go together in a group to the White House and demand Obama’s documentation? These could be retired military. If they all banded together in uniform and literally walked down Pennsylvania Avenue and demanded a hearing with the Usurper for his documentation, why wouldn’t that work?

Well said Colonel; very well said. Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way. Dr. Taitz is doing an outstanding job leading; get with the program Mr. Berg.
