Orly Taitz,
     The following is an e-mail that I plan to send to many friends … and then to some media and politicians.  Please read it carefully because it is mostly about you and your valiant efforts to bring justice to the American people.  I have the utmost respect for your courage in these efforts and find them the most compelling argument available to persuade the American people that there is an existing conspiracy to defraud us all.  I believe that the American media is somehow forced to comply with this conspiracy.
     I tend to be brutally clear but do not want to report your efforts falsely … so please advise as to the accuracy of the content below:

“U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth recently rejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute. Attorney Orly Taitz said that this has moved the case into the discovery phase, in which she can issue subpoenas to those holding documentation she is seeking.
In a statement on her website, she explained, “The case at hand revolves around a … FOIA request for the original SS-5 application for CT SSN 042-68-xxxx, that Mr. Barack Obama is fraudulently using. According to his Selective Service certificate Mr. Obama is using this Social Security number … however Social Security administration states,   that this number was never issued … Typically, individuals, who do not have valid birth certificates resort to using invalid Social Security numbers, therefore the birth certificate is at issue.”
She noted that Obama released an image the White House said was a copy of his Hawaiian certificate, but many experts have assessed it as a fake.”
“Plaintiff filed multiple requests for access to the original birth certificate, which is supposed to be on file with the Department of Health in Hawaii.  Plaintiff received a response from the registrar of the Department of Health in Hawaii,  Mr. Alvin Onaka, stating that he and Ms. Loretta Fuddy,  director of health,  will not provide access to the original,  due to considerations of privacy.  Plaintiff filed an appeal,  stating,  that there cannot be a consideration of privacy,  as Mr. Obama already released the document in question,  and it is available to the public at large on the web site WhiteHouse.gov.  There is no genuine issue of privacy,  as all the information in the document in question is public,  but there is an issue of forgery, as multiple expert testimonies show the document to be forged,”  Taitz wrote.

So I summarize … a federal court judge,  Chief Justice Royce Lamberth has allowed the issuance of subpoenas to be served on the Hawaiian Dept. of Health requiring them to produce the Obama long form birth certificate for examination in the offices of the Hawaiian Health Dept. on August 8th, 2011.
     The state attorney general of Hawaii has made a motion to quash this subpoena on the grounds of privacy … even though the Obama long form birth certificate was made public on April 27th, 2011.
      I leave it to the American public to puzzle over the fact that our major media has not said a word about these legal procedures so far.
     I … for one assume that major media is not permitted to reveal the day by day drama of Orly Taitz’s legal efforts … that may indeed prove that the Hawaiian Dept. of Health does not have in it’s possession an original paper form document typed in 1961 … typewriter ink on paper … showing age and the original signatures of the alleged doctor attending to the birth … David A. Sinclair … and the mother … Stanley Ann Dunham … both now deceased.
     100% of the American major media has not covered this story yet.
      Is there anyone on this planet that still believes that the American major media is free to print whatever they like?
     The reason you are on my list of “Undisclosed Recipients” is because you were given the opportunity to decline further e-mails of this type … and chose to remain on my list of approximately 50 people who continue to be willing to hear my accusations of treason against some members of the U.S. government for actively censoring our news information on a daily basis … as I have been previously informed by insiders in the media.
