Attorney General of Hawaii Hale Auhau:
 
There is ample evidence that Barack Obama is ineligible to be POTUS. After spending millions of dollars to keep his documents sealed from the American people, he finally published on his government website a document that he proclaimed as a copy of his LFBC that is supposed to exist in the hands of the Dept of Health of the State of Hawaii. Many experts have now signed sworn affidavits that that posted document is a forgery. Your own Gov Abercrombie at one point stated he could find no birth certificate on file in Hawaii for Barack Hussein Obama.
 
Your own State Judicial Dept has issued and served a subpoena on Loretta Fuddy of the Health Dept commanding her to produce Obama’s original typewritten long form birth certificate for Orly Taitz and her experts to view, examine, copy, etc. Fuddy failed to honor the first subpoena on the grounds of privacy. Once Obama posted what he purported to be a copy of the document you are supposed to have on file, that negated the privacy issue, and a second subpoena was served.
 
Orly Taitz has phoned twice and followed that up with a certified return receipt letter asking when she and her experts can have access to the said document. To date, the courtesy of a response has not been forthcoming from Fuddy or the Dep AG Nagamine. I called Nagamine’s office and was told that I could not speak with her as she was currently on leave, but could leave a message.
 
Sir, I am one of millions of Americans scattered across the mainland who have questions about the eligibility of Obama to be POTUS. We have a right to know if the document Obama posted online is a match to the document that is supposed to be on file in your state where he claims to have been born. We are now questioning the honor of your government and can’t help but wonder why you are stonewalling on this issue. What are you hiding? Why are you complicit in this cover-up? What is it about Barack Hussein Obama that you do not want the American people to discover?
 
I would greatly appreciate your using your position of power in Hawaii’s government to see to it that Loretta Fuddy and Jill Nagamine have the courtesy to contact Orly Taitz immediately and inform her as to when she can schedule her Hawaii flight/hotel/stay, along with her experts, and abide by the subpoena issued and served by your Hawaiian court.
 
We the People of the United States of America expect and demand your co-operation in resolving this issue that has gone on far too long. It is time for the truth to be forthcoming.

P.S. I have the document my father was issued when he walked a few blocks to the court house in Grants Pass, OR, to report that he had delivered me on 10/12/35; I have a COLB issued at my request, for a small sum of money, for ID necessary to renew my one and only Oregon Driver’s License, many years ago, when my other one was no longer accepted as valid ID; I now have a LFBC, issued at my request, ONLINE, paid for ONLINE, and received 3 days later by USPS, when my COLB was no longer valid ID to renew my one and only Oregon Driver’s License.
 
I went to work at the age of 16, obtained the ONE AND ONLY Social Security Number I used throughout my life time, and now receive Social Security Benefits under at the age of 75.
 
I have a right to know why Obama cannot produce the same valid documents that I have been able to produce so easily when they were requested.

    An excellent letter, very well written, and expressing the views of many millions of Americans, who are suffering the destruction of our country at the hands of the usurper-with-many-names, who has a gaping black-hole vortex where his life documentation should be.
