Today I called and asked to speak to Dep AG Nagamine and was told she was currently on leave, but I could leave a message, which I did. I identified myself, and stated that I was calling from Oregon. I left her an extensive message explaining no privacy issue exists, and I, as well as millions of other Americans want to know if the document Obama posted on the .gov site matches what they are holding, and that she should respond to Orly’s requests asking if Loretta Fuddy was going to honor this subpoena, so Orly and her expert could book their flights to HI to examine, copy, and test the original typewritten LFBC of Obama that they hold as the court has ordered. I added that their ’stonewalling’ on this issue sends the message to me, and the majority of Americans, that they have something to hide, and we have the right to know, those of us who question Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, if the document they hold does indeed match what was posted online, or does not. I was told Nagamine would be given my message when she returned. I should have asked when that would be. Maybe somebody else who calls will get that info for us. |

More stonewalling from HI. They are saying that the Deputy Attorney General Jill T. Nagamine is on leave and not providing any information, when is she supposed to be back or who is replacing her, while she is on leave. I don’t know, what kind of leave is it. Is it a maternity leave? That can last for months.
Director of health Loretta Fuddy left the island and they are not providing any information, when is she coming back or who is the person taking her place, while she is off the island.
Even in a banana republic you would expect more information. I can’t go and order tickets and fly to HI and get hotel rooms for myself and my experts without knowing that they are there and that they will comply. I am just getting exhausted from all the stonewalling on each and every corner. I feel like I am back in the Communist Soviet Union.

After John F Kennedy and Robert Kennedy were slain by President Johnson and the CIA in covert operations, the USA has slowly spiraled down to communism. I called Dep AG Nagamine’s office for the 2nd time today (1900 CST) mainly to ask when Dep AG
Nagamine was to return to the office in order to
assist with enforcing the subpoena issued to Ms Fuddy. I was told Ms Nagamine should return back
sometime next week.
Both of my conversations I believe were positive. Both times they took my ph #. I was also told that most of their calls regarding Obama’s alleged BC come from the islands. Not very many calls from the mainland. Please call the Gov, Lt. Gov and AG office. Also, I have spoken with HI St. Senator Slom on two occasions and sent him out a letter along with Douglas Vogt’s 28 page affidavit. Mr. Slom called me on July 2nd. He told me that “Hawaii was ground zero” in regards to Obama’s eligibility. He told me he would look at the information and that it “looked interesting.” We need to stand up for God, our Country and our Constitution. Not that God needs us, but we need Him and we need our Country and its Constitution.

They are in contempt of court blocking lawful subpoenas. Ask the judge to enforce the order. They should be jailed until complying. Hawaii is part of the US would you believe?

I am no legal expert, but it seems you will have to wait until HI complies in it’s own time, or you get the Hon. Judge Lambreth to set a specific date for them to produce the original BC.
Didn’t you file a Motion to Compel? It looks like the judge is going to have to set a drop dead date, or else site the HI officials with contempt of court.
Obama really wants the US to default. That is why he is demanding impossible items in the budget negotiations. This is for real, not political theater.

My, my, my. What a bunch of wack jobs here with Thayne (OK) Doak and all of the other nut jobs that think they know the law or can successfully trace an IP number.
From what I’ve seen in the past, the best you can do on tracing IP’s is to get in the proximity of the location of an IP but not an exact address since that is not possible without a subpoena signed by a judge to the internet service provider. Good luck with that, nut jobs.
As far as threats? Where are the threats? A wish is not a threat. I wish this were like the USSR so Orly would be disappeared. Some threat…
Well, here is a genuine threat. Any vehicle I see with one of those stupid bumper stickers that Orly is pitching off for a donation will be guaranteed to have been keyed from front to back and any air in the tires will be let out completely. That’s a promise.

I’m no legal expert either but would it help to subpoena the previous health director for Hawaii? He was a doctor who abruptly resigned after Gov. Abercrombie took office. Maybe he left because he refused to be part of the cover up.

Dr. Neal Palafox is the physician who resigned abrutly as director of the Hawaii Dept. of Health after Gov. Abercrombie took power. Oddly enough, the governor did not appoint another doctor but a hospital administrator. So I think it’s possible Dr. Palafox may know something.
