   RON PAUL IS A P.O.S. OBVIOUSLY HIS STAFF MUST HAVE BEEN HIRED BY OBUMMER AND HE WANTS TO BE PRESIDENT!! I HAVE A BETTER SHOT OF WINNING THE LOTTERY THAN RON PAUL BEING PRESIDENT, HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF RESPONDING TO A LETTER LIKE THAT. WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE SAID WAS I WILL BE BRINGING THIS UP BEFORE CONGRESS AND BE ASKING FOR A CONGRESSIONAL SUBPENOA OF ALL DOCS. AND RECORDS!!! THIS MAN IS A JOKE AND SMOKIN’ THE SAME PIPE AS NANCY PELOSI AND HARRY REID!!!

   Does anybody think Ron Paul sees any of this? Just like the clerks control the Supreme Court, the aides control the Congressman. Pretty interesting. Maybe a response asking for the names of the staff who determined the legality of the document and there method and means of their investigation of the document. I keep waiting for somebody to challenge Factcheck and those two people there who started all this, and a legal challenge to the Democratic Party running a fraudulent candidate, with no documentation, and also found to have fradulent document, such as social security numbers. Obama is just letting himself be used. The problem are the layers of people behind him. Hitler would have gotten nowhere, if people hidden behind him with money and agendas had not been using him. This is way beyond Obama.

   So Ron Paul believes that if officials in Hawaii say he was born there then it is so? He doesn’t see the level of fraud and deception that has been put in place as a cover for this Socialist Communist to destroy our country? Then we don’t need to waste our precious votes for him for President either. For a mere moment Donald Trump questioned O’s birth legitimacy and gave us false hope that he would stand up to the criminal regime gripping this nation by the throat. It looks like this is all going to boil down to the people of the US to take it upon themselves to remove the diseased part of our government. The disease is in the Whitehouse,top gov’t officials, Senate, Congress, courts (Supreme Court, Federal Court, District courts)specific state government agencies (HAWAII)…and even in our current candidates for the next President of the US in 2012…

   Ron needs to tell citizens WHAT CRITERIA he used to come with that determination. Using that measure of “validity” he could be persuaded to buy the Brooklyn Bridge.

    HE WILL NOT GET MY VOTE. THE CONGRESS DOES NOT EVEN WANT TO LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE. THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT THE EVIDENCE IS. I SAY WE SHOULD CLEAN HOUSE IN 2012 AND VOTE ALL OF THEM OUT.

    I was surprised, amazed, and gratified by Dr.Tatz’s recent victory whereby the Hawaii district court served a subpoena to get Soetero’s actual birth certificate, and I await developments along these lines. That being said, I think you are being way too hard on Dr. Paul, and here’s why.

    1. It should be perfectly obvious to anybody paying attention that the ONLY chance of this issue gaining any footing is through the court system, NOT through Congress.
    2. I would like you to try to imagine if Dr. Paul, who has spent the last 30 years trying to gain credibility and respectability and shed the “whack job,” “nutcase,” “fruitcake,” “fringe,” and many other disparaging labels JUST FOR TRYING TO TALK ABOUT HUMAN RIGHTS were to suddenly now, in the middle of campaign season, jump on this issue. Just try to picture the media response, John. Do you REALLY think they would give him air time to prove this assertion? Can you just imagine the response of the rest of the Congressional lackeys who don’t even think we have a right to take pictures? It would be the worst kind of political suicide you can imagine and would undo 30 years of work he has done to get where he is now. Do you REALLY want Romney or ex-IRS agent Bachman as our next president? Or another Obama term?
    3. Imagine him getting up on the floor and saying something like: “You, Congress, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU, are traitors and should be tried for treason for not addressing the birth issue. Really. Think about it for a moment, please. Do you think they would ask him for proof? Do you? Or do you think that they would laugh him and the rest of his career and any chance that we might have to restore some semblance of sanity to our government out of Washington?
    4. Given that each of us must pick and choose the battles that we fight, and given that he has been ineffective in convincing the rest of Congress in 10 years of trying that something as obviously horrifying as the Patriot Act should be done away with; something that DOESN’T EVEN NEED to be PROVEN; something that ANY IDIOT could see, do you really think that this is a battle that he should join?
    5. IF he should jump on this bandwagon and somehow magically convince every other Republican to do so also, what do you think would be the chance of the Democrats joining in? And do you think that it is at all possible that this issue would be resolved through Congress in the next year and a half? OR
    6. Is a more likely way to expeditiously remove this traitor from office be to point out the failures of his administration and elect someone better to take his place? AND…
    7. IF we CAN remove him through the electoral process (and it’s no mean feat to remove an incumbent President), then exactly WHO would you like to have replace him? Oh, I get it. Mitt Romney.
    8. IF his campaign staff had responded in any way other than the way they did, just exactly what do you envision happening next? Do you imagine that the entire rest of Congress would suddenly line up in support of Dr. Paul even though he has been unable to convince them that the TSA needs to be done away with? REALLY?
    9. There are more than 400 other people in Congress that you folks could attack over this issue, as well as many others without singling out Dr. Paul, don’t you think?

    I will remain firmly in Dr. Paul’s corner and hope that Dr. Tatz and the rest of the fine dedicated people who are working so diligently on this issue succeed in bringing the truth into the public eye, but I guarantee you that even IF they succeed, it will not be until WAY after the next election, and NOT through Congress. I intend to concentrate on getting Dr. Paul elected before it’s too late (if it isn’t already), and leave this battle (as he has) to others better equipped to expend their energies on it, for he has a battle that he might actually have a chance of winning and if he does, then he will have won many other battles as well. Joining in this battle would only cost him all the ground that he has gained over the years.

    I support some of Dr. Paul’s ideas, dealing with limited government and need to audit Federal Reserve, but he is dead wrong in refusing to speakup the truth on eligibility.
    You shuld schedule a meeting with him and demand honesty and integrity from him on this issue

    I have never been a big supporter, but always liked you because you were a strong believer and supporter of the US Constitution so, I looked the other way on some of your, quirky ways. I thought, he is a great supporter of the Constitution, YEAH , I don’t care if he has a few strange ways about him, he supports and defends the constitution! YEAH

    SAY WHAT ? You think Obama’s birth certificate is real? Huh? Ahh Congressman Paul, just for starters, there is a misspelled word in the certification stamp on Obama’s BC. Ahhhh, you think that might raise a flag or two, to take a closer look at the rest of this poor attempt at forgery? O , It is your Staff that says, they have “researched the issue” so it is the staffs fault ? No, sorry , you say “our research” has concluded that the birth certificate is valid. Well, so much for support and defend the constitution. OK, Ron , your time has come and gone, you are a weirdo, we didn’t call you one in the past because you “were” a supporter and defender of the US Constitution, but those times have past. You have turned to the dark side, the bureaucratic side, you only defend things that will garner you power and influence with no respect towards the documents you once held in such high esteem.

    Senator Paul, with all due respect for the man you once were, retire, save what good name you have left, and perhaps when you are far from

    I am a huge supporter of Dr. Paul’s philosophy and have been following him since 2007. I also am a huge supporter of Dr. Orly Taitz and have been following her cases since they began. I have heard Dr. Paul say that unfortunately, the Constitution was not specific on “natural born citizen” and there was little he could do until the courts defined it. I’m surprised to see a message saying the birth certificate was valid but then again, he may not have been following these cases as closely as most of us have. I’m most disappointed at the letter pointing out his staff had researched the issue of his citizenship. Again, they may have come to the same conclusion that until a court defines “natural born citizen”, there’s not much he can do. He fights the Constitutional ones he knows he can win. I have a thought that the letter may also be a canned one because I’m sure he’s gotten a lot of inquiries on his thoughts about the issue. I will contact every site I can to send him what info I know. I have already sent a letter to campaignforliberty.org that he started. Thank you very much for posting this.
